Went today to get my business reply mail account fund updated. Jim helped me out up front. Always a good guy and good worker. Glad they hired him on staff!

Its actually a 1. But, I want this location to stay open. It needs to hire more people. And it MUST have the outside collections redone. They just made all four of the postal bins inoperatable. Seriously only the one on the end is usable by anyone without having to get out of the car...

Why is this location always so understaffed? My last couple of visits I waited in line 30+ minutes while one long-suffering person worked the counter, taking abuse from frustrated customers the whole time. Worst possible service, AVOID, many other good options for shipping these days. There is a UPS store a block from this place, night and day experience.

We had a package that required a signature. We were in the living room, we watched the mail-person walk up to the front door, leave our mail and a note saying that no one was available to pick up the package and walk away. They didn't knock or make any attempt to actually deliver the package, just left the pink note at the door while we were just a few feet away and totally available to accept a package.
We then checked the option on the pink note that we would like our package left at the front door, and left that not clipped to the mailbox. The next several days, we received mail but they have not taken the note.
On the website, it says we need to let them know what to do with the package by checking the box on the note with no way to update this status online.
Calling them only lets you put in the number and has it read off a generic status about a failed delivery attempt and needing to either check the box on the note or go to in-person pickup. It's also a horrendus automated phone service that is probably about 20 years out of date, extremely slow and glitchy. Going on hold for an agent seems to have no end and they don't give you any estimate of hold time (is it 5 minutes or 20 hours? Who knows).
I don't understand how a service can fail this hard, you'd think you'd need to try to be this bad. This is why there is a sentiment of disbanding the USPS all-together. I'm not for that - but it's almost as if they are trying to build a case to end this core government service. It's an affront to humans to treat people who need any service with this level of ambivalence.

I have a package that was put in our communal parcel box. The key provided is not labeled. Seemed to fit in slot #1 and key would not turn, after many attempts the key broke. Good luck calling the AI system is zero help and I was unable to reach an actual person to help with this. Looks like I will have to find time to go in in person. Huge waste of time and I cannot retrieve my package

Very convenient, nice drive through drop off for letters, Love the fact that the lobby is open for dropping self stamped items.

Rude staff. Barely would let me speak and let them know what I needed. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Possibly the worst run post office I've experienced in the 3 countries I've lived in. Rude staff. I had a prepaid return package, they refused to print off the label for me and suggested I go to UPS to print it off. That I did (and even UPS were shocked they wouldn't print it for me), returned and then was refused tape to tape the label onto the box. They suggested I buy some. I eventually got them to give me a scrap of tape which just stuck the label on barely (You would think they would also want the package to arrive safely, label intact?). The lady kept blaming upper management for all of these inconveniences.
I think they need a reminder, they are a permanent fixture of the Federal Government, not a privately owned scummy business. That scrap of tape isn't coming out of their pay check.

The lady very kindly packaged up a bunch of valuable dishware for my roommate. Thank you. Now to have some chicken.
