I wish it was open on Saturday. I work from 9 to 5pm and don't have any one to pick my mail up for me. I usually take a day off. That's missing out on a day of pay. Please get weekend hours or I will continue to miss paid days. Still okay mail service. Thanks for reading comments.

This review is for the Apple Valley, MN post office and the post office in general. I mailed and international package August 31st. The package never moved or left the country since September 5th. 4 times I was told that the international team is REQUIRED to get back to me by a certain date and 4 times that date came and went. On the 5th time someone called me back and sent me a claims form. I mailed in the documents and all supporting forms immediately and I checked on it two weeks later and sure enough as expected they had nothing from me and are now trying to tell me my case is closed and I am out the 80$ shipping and the 200$ in stuff in the package they lost. Bureaucrats and fraudsters that don't care about anyone. Do not use

I've been going to this location for 5+ years. The gentleman that works here is by far the nicest and most helpful post office employee I've ever encountered. Even during the holidays he is cheerful, helpful and efficient. There's usually never a line but when there is it goes quick.
