Open later. Staff is meh. They are unforgiving on mistakes and forward to remind you they will not supply you with tape. The building is gorgeous art deco. It's worth going just to check out!

My first time delivering here and my first time delivering in any downtown but I had some issue cause of construction and I managed it but when I pull up to the door it says enter when it’s green it should say the door is sensor equipped and need to get close to it in order to get open but the parking parking and docking inside was manageable I’m happy it didn’t end with a disaster and the old white dude was pretty kind to me so I appreciate him I docked on 26 dock on 25-7-2025 approximately 10am I don’t know they guy name but he was cool

Old smelly building of a bygone era,that reminded me of those banks windows with bars on them. Old, very old and smelly the the craphole Mpls. It is way to to big to coven distances for disabled people between windows. SMELLY and unwelcoming and unfriendly postal workers like the city. Feels like a prison

Cool old building with a self service kiosk. Some of the staff are not my favorite, but I can do everything I need to at the post office in this one. Some of the staff are very helpful. I prefer to just print my own labels and I have never had a problem with this location scanning in my shipments. This post office has more generous hours than most other locations and you can also get your passport here if needed. I think it's great that they kept the old tables as they really add to the aesthetic.
I wish the parking was a bit more generous with its time limit, sometimes 15 minutes is not enough time to get everything done.
I use this location almost daily for my business and it is a mainstay in my routine.

Called three times.
The first time it continued ringing. The second time it rang only 3 times.
I don't think this is great costumer services. Yall make things more difficult.

Packages that were on time make it here and are consistently delayed 1 - 2 days.
If they can't find your package shipped from Japan, you're out of luck! There is no system in place to keep track of packages that somehow did not get delivered!
