Came in today with my non verbal autistic son and was told by an older cocky caucasian man “TURN IT DOWN” My son is a gestalt learner and processes through music form and it’s hard for him to process turn it down he also is over stimulated by outside noise so he turns up the volume to tune the world out my son does not like things on his face or ears so it’s a process for a 7 year old to understand but we quickly felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed even though his tone of his voice carried louder then the phone and through out the store I turned it down. We didn’t get a thank you or a smile or anything but more of annoyed with us being there. He has also told us our service dog wasn’t allowed in the store this man needs to retire he is very rude and over giving correct customer service to people especially ones on the spectrum with disabilities

Workers are horribly rude. Instead of helping they just sent me to the back of the line because I didn’t have the address written on my package (since they have to print out the packaging slip anyway).

I filed a complaint online about the letter carrier telling my leasing office that unauthorized persons were receiving mail at my home. The local mail carrier then changed the locks on my cluster mailbox & began demanding $40 for a replacement key in retaliation. She alleged that I lost my keys. I still have the original keys given to me by my leasing staff. When I spoke with the supervisor, Robin Passer, she gave me back my driver's license and told me that I am not who my identification says. I am one of very few black women in my housing complex. Filing a complaint online should not have resulted in retaliation, returned mail, & attacking my identity on the basis of race. Consumer Affairs has not returned any voicemails and now I am forced to take actions under the Federal Tort Act.

They need to hire more staff, it’s not a fault of the workers there, but more of a management problem. I’m not sure why they would tell me to scoot over to go write a simple address when I know that they need to key in the address anyway into the computer. Long lines. 15 people deep into one worker.

Just dropped a mail hold card and the clerk at the window said "leaving again?" And took.the card from me and said to have a good time. She knows me by now. I don't know her name but she is sooo nice!

Been to this USPS location multiple times. The folks here have always been helpful with questions and suggestions for most optimal options. They are quick too.

The worst post office I’ve ever been to. The previous reviews are correct - the woman here is constantly condensing any time I’ve been in. The man working today as well was yelling at an older man about entering his pin. What an embarrassing representation of USPS. I ended up leaving and going to the UPS store instead. Don’t waste your time here.

Okay I went in today December 2023 I have been going here for years everyone was very professional and friendly and especially Dorothea She was amazing and she is amazing at what she does she deserves a award she has excellent customer service and got my transaction done in a timely matter. She educated me about what post office has to offer as far as shipping wise . but all in all the front and post office it self is amazing
