I know they really don’t care customer service. But the man is not friendly at all. Btw, you need to pay for the packaging for the SHEIN’s return even the website said all free returns.

Nice location. Doesn't have a bunch of people outside begging you for something and the guy working is nice enough. Only thing that sucks is I wish all post offices were open on Saturdays 😕 And as for people crying around about the lunch break, let's see you work an 8 hour shift with no lunch break. Give him a break, literally.

Completely closed on Saturdays and only has an outdoor mailbox that is only big enough for letters (even very small packages will not fit)I’m sure the employees are great but I wish USPS would make this a more convenient location for mailing packages :/

Eyakem is absolutely the best! I don't even live near the U of M campus anymore, but I will specifically make the drive to go to the Dinky Post Office because of how friendly, knowledgable, and efficient Eyakem is during the shipping process.

Last year, I had a great experience with the staff there but recently when I went there, there was a different staff and he was not that friendly. I had some questions about mailing a package and I came out of the post office even more confused. I then went to the post office at Coffman instead and had better service from the staff there. The only reason I’m not giving a one star is because the first staff was really nice and friendly to me. He patiently helped me work out how to post a postcard overseas. Meanwhile, the second staff didnt even bother to explain to me what type of services Usps offers for mailing packages.

Only 1 clerk works here, but he's efficient and nice. I've witnessed him give advice to customers on how to get their shipping costs lower, and he even let me in a couple minutes after closing to drop a package off. He also always opens after lunch break on time to the minute. I appreciate him quite a bit.Packages dropped off won't be marked at received until they've reached the origin facility, typically late the next day. I've seen a few reviews on here mad about this, this is not unusual. Just be patient and wait. I've dropped off 20+ packages and not once have they been lost & they are never delayed w/ some local packages arriving as soon as the next day. All because the tracking page doesn't intimately show it as dropped off doesn't mean they're taking their sweet time

The service at this location is always excellent. Short wait times due to efficient staff and the staff is always courteous. I have been to many other USPS locations and have had a much less satisfying experience. If you need to go to USPS, I definitely recommend this location!

Every time I run in here (Dinkytown) to handle a post errand, I’m rarely fully prepared. The gentleman at this location always always are so helpful. I don’t go to any other post office now. These guys are patient and always down to cut up an extra box to make something fit or give you advice on what to do. They even took a package I had that was UPS. Still handled it. This location and these gentlemen should be the benchmark for post offices everywhere.
