Solid spot. Some days they're nice and some days they're not but for the most part it's good

Rude for no reason, the fact I'm taking time to write a review on a post office shows how awful this place is. Clueless employees with unneeded attitudes

Lady in front counter. Very bad service. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your money with usps.

Had an awful experience here. Customer service was terrible, extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Wish my tax payer dollars didn't pay their salary.

I have visited this location a few times now and have always experienced great customer service. Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!

This is my local post office and I always have had pleasant experiences here. Even when it's very busy the workers are kind and efficient.

I needed to send three Christmas cards so I asked to buy 6 Christmas stamps. I was told I had to buy a sheet of 20 pretty much told him where to go and walked out that is totally ridiculous you've always been able to buy single ones everybody I was going to send a Christmas card to has gotten the message as to why they're not getting one this year

Employee was great. Friendly, with a bit of conversation. Building was spotless. Organized and well supply of products. The employee offered the options and explained each one. Very knowledgeable. I am grateful for people who enjoy their job.

Funny how I can be so mad from a bad experience sending a letter...... Sherry is EXTREMELY rude. I brought an official document back from Peru for a friend who lives in another state. It's an original and needs to get to get in one piece which is why I brought it to the US to ship for her. Sherry put in the address quickly and I noticed she didn't include the apartment number (which I wrote on the paper she had me fill out with the address). She didn't let me review the label that she printed but I noticed that she didn't add the apartment number. I asked her about it and she said her system couldn't do it and then quickly ran off to put the priority envelope into the intake basket in back... I was told the apartment number HAD TO BE ON THE PACKAGE. I'm pretty sure it will get there alright but ALL SHERRY HAD TO DO WAS TAKE A PEN AND WRITE THE APARTMENT NUMBER DOWN AND NOT BEEN SO DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.

We have our mail set up to be forwarded to our new address on July 1st. They’re forwarding our mail two weeks before requested. Half the time they don’t even deliver the mail. I just see them drive up and down the street.

For basic things, it's fine, but for anything else that might involve thought or technology, good luck! It's Minnesota smart at its finest.

I went in with an item sold online that I had boxed up and printed off a shipping label for. The weight of the item was over by a few ounces. I thought I was estimating high on the weight, but I guess not. The sheer delight and excitement the employee had in pointing this out and rejecting my package was astonishing. I said I would pay the difference but was met with 'That's not how this works!' Since I purchased it online I would have to return home and print out a new label. I left, went home, and printed out a label to ship it at FEDEX and saved $20.

I HATE this post office with a passion. They bypass stuff on the screen I am supposed to double-check. I have made them back track on a few occasions (which have been different employees almost every time - so someone is training them wrong), and they get really huffy with me. Last time, who, I am assuming is the manager bypassed the screen where I double-check they typed in everything correctly and the address is correct to (which is VERY important as I am sending expensive merchandise and one-of-a-kind art I live off of. I NEED to make sure it’s properly going to where it needs to go). When I brought this up, the guy gave me the most annoyed face and said, “I checked it for you”. Sounds to me they are skipping the process to just get it done faster - which is more inefficient if they screwed up and kind of lazy.. This is the ONLY post office that does this. Every post office I go to MAKES me double-check. This is a lazy and poorly managed USPS.
