Huge line because they had one (1) guy working. When I got to the front he tried to tell me my envelope was a package because it didn’t fit through the slot. When I took it and literally did it in front of his eyes, he just told me to go to another post office. Line is basically out the door at this point. Ridiculous.

In the last year several of my packages from Amazon and Walmart are missing photos of the packages on the counter and delivery spoke to person at the counter. I received notice of Package being delivered but when I go in to pick up package it is missing???

They did not seem to understand the process of changing address and I had to come in multiple times to check if the address had been changed or where my mail was going to per their instruction. Additionally, I moved again and haven’t received numerous pieces of expected mail.
They should have a phone number to the branch and have people looking to politely help. Their service was pleasant enough but didn’t seem knowledgeable or efficient at all.

called to get help because i wasn’t getting mail and had the worst customer service ever. Leke/ Laykay, was the name of the person on the phone and cut me off every time i tried to explain what was happening and was EXTREMELY rude. He ended up hanging up on me after never hearing me out. Fire this guy.

I paid for two day shipping and it didn't get delivered for 6 days. I knew this was going to happened because the employee that took my package seem laziness. The place was empty but he had myself and another person waiting for 15 minutes. The he told me to complete the label and walked away again. I completed the label and he had me waiting another 10 minutes.

Unprofessional and awful customer service. Submitted a claim for a package that never arrived just to get a call from Leke at their post office to deny they made an error, close the claim without hearing me out, and then give me a phone number that doesn’t work to call “downtown” to speak to someone else.

Awful complaints procedure. Had a missing package, and submitted a complaint. I asked for an email response. Instead I got a voicemail, with a promise of a follow-up email that never materialised. So I called instead, and got a half-hearted response, and another promise of an email that never happened. Every time I got a different explanation as to why my parcel was missing, and even speaking to the same person it was clear they hadn't read my complaint. They'd say whatever they could think of to get me off the phone, then close the complaint without my permission. After half a dozen times resubmitting the complaint online, I went in person. The lady behind the counter gave me her boss's number. Only it was actually her personal number, and not her office number. The boss asked me to send my complaint in writing, which I did, making it very clear in the complaint I wanted a response. This was over two months ago, and unsurprisingly, I haven't heard back. Awful customer service

Occasionally a bit understaffed but never had a bad experience relying on them for 3+ years of shipping and receiving.

I visit many Post Offices, this one on occasion, and the experience has been consistently average. But for me consistency is very good so an ‘average Post Office experience’ isn’t a bad thing at all.
That said, I recently interacted with a (new in 2024?) employee who is quite possibly the most non-judgmental and courteous person I may have ever come across in my travels- ever.
Not really speaking to USPS, but the employee- thank you for the positive experience!

Honestly, wish I could give a negative amount of stars. This place has been holding my mail with no end in sight. I have called them over 10 times and have never been sent to even a voicemail, only hung up on. They have called me back 2 times once to tell me that they will call me back (literally hung up after saying that) and second to tell me they thought they were suppose to hold ALLLL of my mail when I asked about 1 specific package. They have failed multiple times at any resolution and continue to fail to this day. Will I ever get my mail according to this USPS the answer is a resounding NO.
