Am not getting my mail

I don’t know what is going with this post office. The service is sliding rapidly. I’m looking at a check I just got on the 10th of Feb, issued and mailed from US bank 28th of Jan. These monthly checks issued always on the 28th have taken no more than 2-3 day at the most. Why I’m noting this, it gets worse. Last summer a client mailed me a check less than 2 miles from me and it took 3 weeks to arrive . Post date 3 weeks back as my client had said it was mailed. I can see the mail person on my camera every time they come. Last week I got no mail twice and no visual to confirm from my camera. It’s an extremely rare day when they do come through I have nothing.

It's very common for this location to be understaffed and very busy, especially at the start of a normal day. If you value your time you'd want to show up with a prepaid label and not waiting in line.
Friday afternoon and there's only one person at the counter and a line that is out the door. Terrible service as expected. Thank you USPS for keeping up the good work!
Edit:
9:08AM on December 19th right before the Christmas rush, still only 1 clerk helping people and no sign of extra help.
So disappointed when it really counts.

The postal service is useless nowadays they charge you money just to lose your package then say oh not our fault suck to suck. The government run mail service needs to be dismantled so companies that actually do thier jobs can take over

Could not have been treated better! Long line (nice father and his 5 1/2yr old son) chatted with me...i kind of forgot how long I was waiting!
Finally my turn and Shawn was CHEERFUL and HELPFUL...all I did was mail an envelope to St. PAUL...
I will use this post office for the rest of my life!!

Can't call the Post office anymore it goes to a 1-800 number automated service that may not be able to help you unless you have a tracking number. you can push zero 100 times and it will not go to an operator. Really frustrating

Did a big mailing and both clerks pitched in to get it done. They work steadily and they were kind. Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

Worst post office! Lady at the counter is incredibly rude and slow as hell. Always a line. Will be driving further for better service

This is far and away the worst post office I've ever gone to. The line is almost always out the door. Then one of the employees goes on break to leave just one person to deal with everyone. Or one of the employees is out by the mailbox chatting with someone leaving one person inside.

Busy spot, but most staff does their best to move the line. Sheila rocks.White “hamper” bin on far wall in line is for prepaid boxes that don’t need receipts - wish you could dump those packages thru a wall slot (like envelopes) instead of sort of cutting line to drop off.
