I had a terrible experience. Worst customer service ever. Jazz was so rude to me. Never have I ever experienced such thing. After waiting in line for good 20 mins, it was finally my turn & i forgot to seal my package and asked for a tape which was lying just beside this person. When i asked for it, s/he goes like “ why do you think i will give this to you for free, give me a good reason. Go back and come back another day”, and walked away. All i asked was for a piece of tape. Why make such a fuss of it. Will never go to this place again. Horrendous!

Front desk employee was quite rude to a costumer that was a little confused with what to put on the key pad and another choosing which type of speed it should be sent.
I worked with a guy in the back to pick up my packages who was very kind!

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Jazz needs to be fired, immediately. I have never been talked to so rudely in my life. I walked up and said “hi, I’d like to ship a package.” And their response was “ship a package you say? First of all, are you really planning on shipping that unsealed? You really think that will stay in tact tens of thousand of miles? (I grabbed packing tape to fix it, and s/he scoffed at me). Second, you need to fill out this customs form. (I’ve never shipped anything internationally, so I was unaware I needed to do so.) Go get in the back of the line.” The tone was so awful that other customers were looking at me horrified. I walked out. Get a different job if you hate working with people so much.

Why does this place even exist? Mail delivery spotty or non existent. Why do I have to live in 55416 and rely on their abysmal service? UP YOUR GAME!

Yup, just like it's been for the past 50+ years in my lifetime. No service, no answers for simple questions, no info online, robotic personnel who intentionally ignore customers. Your government at its finest.

One person at the front desk, a line of 10+ people. Awful service. I prepaid for my package to ship but was told I couldn't ship it because its in a special box. I was told I needed to go buy ANOTHER box from them which of course means I need to buy tape from them as well. I was told this after watching the person in front of me be given a free box because she needed to change something. Again, just awful service. Pick a different location if you want to be treated well.

My goodness, this location is abysmal. The line is always extremely backed up and it is only ever the same person working. This employee (didn't catch their name but will wear hair bows and face glitter) is never in a hurry and is frequently rude towards customers. Awful awful experience.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any post office ever. The workers LOVE to throw whatever fragile and valuable items i ship off and they are wildly inaccurate with just about everything. Would give 0 stars if i could but sadly you cant
