Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful but Joy wasn't. Joy pretended to know what she was talking about but knew nothing. If I didn't know something, I always ask someone who knows and humbly accept their answer. I would suggest this to anyone trying to pretend to know something when they're incredibly ignorant and full of it. If it wasn't for Christine, I wouldn't have my p.o. box up today.

This location is terrible ? the wait times can get very long because they have an employee who intentionally works slow. The funny part about it is that they will tell you to talk to a manager. Now they are instructed to say “sorry for the long wait”. And the long wait happens every day the Post Office is open. The upsale is the “killer move” from the employee who’s slower than the turtle. It’s painful to watch this postal employee doing this painful upsale when customers don’t need it and always say “No”. Knock knock. Time for a change. The lines are so long.

The manager guy was great but the Filipino front desk clerk lady was just awful and rude. What a sad life to be behaving like that to everyone.

Just saw a customer going crazy on a worker for being slow, despite not having the address or package ready. She was throwing things at the worker! Good on the worker and her coworkers for keeping their cool with a rude and unrealistic Karen!

The worst ? bad!! After being in line for 25 minutes, so not only they are extremely slow. But also Once I get in front I asked for money order and the lady just told meAh...we aren't doing money order today. Sorry.

I live in a condo with group boxes and constantly get mail for another resident in my box and was told it's a tough job. Also we had no mail at all for a couple weeks and when I called there they said we moved out which was news to me lol. Apparently the post office puts a nome tag inside the box and ours was moved so they discontinued delivery. No wonder they're going out of business. Good riddance!

Signed up to have my mail held while I was on vacation. When I got back I didn’t get mail for two days, and then got a bundle of soggy, wet mail with a note that they apologize for the damage. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable-your tax dollars at work!

What a horrible place! Starting with barely any parking. Employees look like are about to curse you over, so miserable! On top of that zero need to rush even if there is a line. I can hear her dragging her foot as she walked. Joy is probably the worse employee ever!

Current carrier consistently walks ON my downspouts and tramples through fenced/marked off garden beds, trampling over bushes. Total disregard for my property, disrespectful and aloof. Also, postal trucks should NOT be parking in the customer parking lot during business hours. Save your sanity and Go to the Bloomington PO, or the customer service counter at Edina Lunds/Byerlys on France Ave.
