Today I went to the post office to send a package, and I was helped by Andre. He was extremely kind, respectful, and very patient. Andre went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that I understood the process.
I have never met someone in Minneapolis who is so humble and helpful. His excellent customer service made my experience stress-free and smooth. Thank you so much, Andre, for your kindness and support!

Just got a month worth of mail and it was wet. I check it every day was waiting on my insurance response and finally got it was suspended that wound not happen if this office got there shit together. I actually have a real life condition and now have to pay for next 6 months. 😡

I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade, this used to be my go-to location even when I moved further away and nearby to a closer location. This location has gone downhill significantly - the workers are consistently impatient, sarcastic, and even rude. There is almost line of 5 or more people, no matter the time of day. My review is not based on one imperfect visit but more a trend that keeps becoming longer. It’s really unfortunate because the workers were polite, friendly, efficient, personable, and helpful. It’s a shame what it’s become.

There used to be some very crabby staff at this location - see other reviews - but those days are over. The new postal workers assigned to this location are friendly and helpful.

went in to send a package with a QR code on a monday morning. was greated with a friendly face and was in and out in 90 seconds. plus i bought two international stamps. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

No doorbell ring. no knock. nothing for a signed delivery and came 8 hours early. I was home and by the door. they didn't even try. now I have to go pick it up and pray it's there and that it's a smooth process. don't even know if there is parking

It seemed like there was only one person working the front. So there was a line of people and I had to wait, however the worker was taking care of everybody with a good attitude and she helped me seal my package. I always come back to this location, and I've never had a problem.

This place is the worst. If I could change who I get my mail from I would. USPS website will say we have multiple mail pieces out for delivery, but the mailman will just skip our house two days in a row. I don't know what the hell is going on at this location. Bringing your issues up with the supervisors do nothing. They are far more interested in blaming you. Absolutely insane.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Me and my family have had our mailman refuse to deliver our mail to our house for 3 years, when we first confronted him about it it was the end of winter, the ice and snow had finally melted because we had a week of pre spring warmth, and I stood outside, waiting for the delivery man because we hadnt received any of our mail, He approached our neighbors house, which comes right before ours because we live in a side by side duplex, so we share a front yard and front stairs with our neighbors, and he blatantly walked away from our side of the house to go back down the front to go to our other neighbors who aren't conjoined to us, so I spoke up saying "hey? Where's our mail? We haven't gotten it in weeks?" Where he promptly blamed it on not having any mail, then immediately backtracked saying he left it in his truck because there was to much ice on our stairs, and i scoffed and pointed below me, to the DRY, ICE FREE sidewalk and stairs and replied with "What ice?! It all melted a week ago!" And he turned around and walked away, we have gotten P.o boxes since to try and solve the issue, only for us to not receive any of our INPORTANT mail like packages, or for me, my GOVERMENT ASSISTANCE PAPERS, I almost lost my EBT benefits because our mailman refused to give us our mail at our house, or in our p.o box because I didnt receive any of the mail i needed to fill out for the govewoulnrnment. And today, I went to get a package that was listed as DELIVERED, and it wasn't there, and I asked my neighbors and the mailman walked right by, they didn't even receive they're mail either, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE MAIL PROVIDER
