Our previous mail carrier was absolutely amazing, always laughing smiling and polite, knew all the residents, mail was always here by 3pm. Now the current mail carrier is a complete jerk, 1845 and mail still doesn’t arrive most days and we are half a mile from the post office. Do better

I had real legitimate serious questions about my mail and the staff could only laugh at me and tell me it wasn't their problem. They wouldn't even look at me. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I would fire the staff here if they only care about flirtting with older ladies.

I had a package delivered to my apartment and the delivery address somehow didn't have my apartment number included. Instead of either leaving the package in the lobby of my building or keeping it at the facility for me to pick up, it was instead sent to the Missing Mail Recovery center in California and now I have to wait for my missing mail request to hopefully bring it back. Unbelievable

While traveling to Minnesota from Delaware, I needed to mail a package back home…I drove to the post office in Minneapolis on Old Shakopee Rd…nothing against the post office itself but my encounter with the guy behind the counter was the worst experience of my life. He was RUDE, condescending & not very helpful at all…refused to mail the package & offered no help..something about a hazardous symbol on package that needed to be covered…I don’t have any issues with that, because I do realize that there are rules when mailing packages but it was the way he told me…wish I had thought to get his name but I was so upset with this guys rudeness I just wanted to get out of there…I went to another post office in Minneapolis (not too far away) where the woman was very helpful & sweet…I did get to mail my package with just covering with a (black sharpie) a little square box that he said needed to be covered…I’m still a little confused, it was an LG box that I packed some things in to be mailed home…Whatever, that’s not even the point, it was the way he handled the situation with a rude (I don’t want to be bothered attitude) kind of way…..if he has an issue with dealing with people then maybe he’s in the wrong job…I feel I need to mention, there were two guys behind the counter (a black man & a white man) it was the white man that evidently has a personality problem.. I just needed to vent my disappointment, now I feel better….

I am so disappointed in your postal service. I sent a package to Sioux Falls South Dakota only to find out its coming back here. I cannot stand you guys. So upset! My friend was counting on this package and all the information was correct. I decided when I get the package back, I will repack it and send it FedEx because I don't have issues with them. Too many mistakes from you guys. Taking my business elsewhere. And I probably won't even get credit back on my credit card either. Just so unhappy with you.

Ridiculous service at the counter today. I now know I no longer have to be friendly. Just blunt and straight to the point. There used to be decent people working here when I used to send letters as a kid. Now it's a bunch of old, bitter, and rude personalities at the front counter.

Friend sent a small package from Taiwan, made it to this PO, they never attempted delivery just instantly returned to sender.They initially said I wasn't registered as living at the address I've lived at for 5+ years.Then they assured me delivery was attempted but no one was home. I was home and have a ring doorbell. Delivery was never attempted.Then the story changed to it was new people that didn't know what they were doing.I asked how I could ensure this didn't happen again and his response wasn't great. Good luck getting you packages if this is your local office.

Customer service person at the front is extremely rude and stressed out. Might be a good idea to put him in the back. Doesn't have the skills or patience to service the public.

This location has some great mail carriers as of recently. What I have found is that Management doesn't treat them with dignity or respect and they wonder why they're understaffed. Treat your workers fairly and stop putting unnecessary pressure on them to be responsible for an unorganized system at play! "Fish rots from the head"-Leadership needs to step up.
