Friend sent a small package from Taiwan, made it to this PO, they never attempted delivery just instantly returned to sender. They initially said I wasn't registered as living at the address I've lived at for 5+ years. Then they assured me delivery was attempted but no one was home. I was home and have a ring doorbell. Delivery was never attempted. Then the story changed to it was new people that didn't know what they were doing.I asked how I could ensure this didn't happen again and his response wasn't great. Good luck getting you packages if this is your local office.

Customer service person at the front is extremely rude and stressed out. Might be a good idea to put him in the back. Doesn't have the skills or patience to service the public.

This location has some great mail carriers as of recently. What I have found is that Management doesn't treat them with dignity or respect and they wonder why they're understaffed. Treat your workers fairly and stop putting unnecessary pressure on them to be responsible for an unorganized system at play! "Fish rots from the head"-Leadership needs to step up.

Reviews probably don’t matter since they are federal agency. However, multiple items have been lost when I mailed them in the last week. My mail wasn’t delivered tonight until 6:52pm - obviously because they had too many things to deliver today with being closed on holiday yesterday. Then when mail carrier refuses to drive up and deliver my packages , claims there is an animal in our yard?!!! !! Nope! We were in the yard saw him at the mailbox and never even attempt to bring us the package. Now I need to find a time between working (30 miles away) that my local post office is actually open with their limited hours to pick up the package my new rural carrier was too lazy to deliver. So much for the values of the pony express. ?

This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.

Michael and Cory are awesome, very helpful and always keep the line moving even when the lobby fills up. Not too many post offices can get you in and out like this one

I have lived here 12 plus years. All the sudden new mail man for last month our mail keeps going to other apartments and of course they return our junk mail but I had two very important cards coming and have not gotten those they been taken by mail carrier or the tennent that keeps getting my mail. This is a big problem!

The mail used to arrive around 1:30 pmI am not sure if they are short people; backed up by holiday parcels or what. If you live in area where your postal mailbox is a walking distance from your door like a cultasac you have to check it more than once to see if mail arrived. Now as late as 7pm dailyOr 5 or 6. Just add a yellow flag to multiple boxes and pull it up when mail is delivered.

This is a great post office in a convenient location. It is very easy to get in and out of whether you need to go in or just make a quick mail drop.

Always friendly, cheerful, efficient service. They are really great, especially if you crack a joke, whistle a happy tune, and treat them with a smile and respect. Catch them singing and joking when the customer line is short. I love this team! They work well together. They answer all my stupid questions patiently, usually save me money, and fix the mistakes I always make filling out the forms when shipping packages. (So glad I don’t have to write in cryptic government-speak!)If there’s a line next time you go, please BE NICE and be PATIENT because these folks work hard day in, day out just like we all do. Don’t be a nasty customer due to circumstances beyond their control! Mind your manners, please and thank you. Nobody deserves disrespect, even if things are confusing, you’ve been waiting a long time, your package can’t get there in time, it’s more expensive than you thought, or they (gasp!) make a mistake (like all humans do!). Believe in the good in all people, treat them respectfully, and you will be rewarded in return. The robot mailer in the outer office area (left wall as you enter the door) is great if you can’t make it during open hours, too, or if there’s a long line. Don’t be afraid to try it, but be patient: it may take a few tries and canceling out of screens to get your task accomplished. It can sell you stamps, mail special letters, weigh stuff, and I think print postage to mail small boxes.
