Best post office in the cities. Jill is the greatest. Helpful and a wealth of knowledge. She helped me with change of address, international shipping, and everything in between during my years of working downtown.

Best post office to do your business at. The main post office downtown hasn't been scanning packages that get dropped in the bin until the next day and my mail carrier is very random with scanning packages. If you want to know where your package is after its dropped off, use this location!

USPS is about as unless as it gets nowadays they need to just shut down and let more responsible companies take over. I haven't received a package on time in months. Complete trash.

Jill provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is the rudest employee at that location, acting as if she were the one paying me. She didn’t even greet me with a ‘Hello,’ ‘Good afternoon,’ or offer a simple ‘Thank you.’ Instead, she provided information in a way that made it seem like I was expected to already know everything about their services. It’s obvious she selectively decides who deserves politeness and who doesn’t.

Grouchy counter postal clerk. She barks at customers in line, ensuring they stay behind the barrier. Beware if trying to adjust your stationary position.

I've moved away from this post office so I don't go there anymore, but I wish I could! I used to go a few times a week and Jill was always working and she always made my day. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Even when I didn't get her, the other employees were always so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend this particular location :)

I've lived in the neighborhood about 15 years and have used this post office (including its prior location a couple of blocks east) regularly. I have always found the staff here to be quite helpful and efficient. Only suggestion for this location: I do wish they had a stamp display to browse for the very rare times there is a line.
