Unfortunate they treat their employees like minimum wage slaves. Doesn't matter how productive you are, you only deserve a few pennies raise. Until you reach the wage maximum which you could easily get more by simply switching to any number of employers hiring you on, entry level, above their wage caps.
Not sure if it's Jay Paradies or Sonepar responsible, perhaps he gets a fat bonus for keeping wages low, but either you find a new job or start a union because things don't change here no matter how much you mention the fact that starting wages are equivalent to the local Burger King.

Usually this place is a little busy, but when I went there with a tricky question about a part that didnt fit, drew pulled out his product catalog and figured out exactly the alternative that I needed. Really helpful!

The small balding guy with glasses is a real j*** to truck drivers.. My co-workers hate going there when he is around..Nasty attitude. The younger newer people are much more mature
