You should not utilize this pharmacy under any circumstances. They are quite literally impossible to get a hold of. And once you do make it through the multiple patient deep queue to actually speak to someone they’ll pick up and then immediately hang up on you leaving you to call back and start the whole miserable process over again. My record so far is over an hour and a half on hold just to find out if a medication I need is in stock.
Please, for your own sanity, go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Understaffed and not set up for success. Simply avoid. You cannot prevent trouble with orders and prescriptions no matter what you do. Not staffed for hours they should be. Hour long wait for drive through at non-peak hours of the day. Those sorts of things. Worth driving to a different location in spite of the inconvenience.

I needed a passport photo - they botched the first one, made it smaller than required. I came back and spent about an hour, though I was the first in line. One associate tried to take the picture and failed. The other disappeared for 30 minutes leaving me standing at the wall. They failed to e-mail me the photo, though this service was advertised. In short, never again.

Don’t use this Walgreens if you’re a first time customer. A week after my doctor sent in my prescription orders and they couldn’t verify my insurance. Communication was terrible even though they had my phone number, I heard no updates. And then they simply did not fill my second prescription, so I reordered it. App said it would be ready Saturday but I went in and it’s closed on the weekends?? I think this place is going out of business, it seems like the pharmacists are overloaded/over worked and don’t have the resources they need.

Every time I go to this location, they try to ignore the prescription my doctor provided and attempt to send me away. They only process it when I insist.
I am six months pregnant and need my prenatal vitamins. I submitted a refill request through the app and received a notification that it would be ready by Wednesday morning. However, when I went to pick it up, they told me there was no refill and sent me away.
As a pregnant woman, I left work, stood waiting for 20 minutes, and returned home empty-handed—without the vitamins I need. I am beyond frustrated with the staff at this location.

I’m giving 5 stars for the pharmacy staff (not Walgreens as a company). Every time I come in, the pharmacy techs and pharmacists are being talked down to by customers who are upset about waiting, but the staff always handle it with grace and try so hard to keep everyone happy. Realistically It is a long wait, so if that isn’t feasible for you I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. But it is not the staffs fault for how long you wait, they seem to be always trying their best. Thank you to the staff for all you do! :)

The staff are actually helpful unlike other Walgreens I have visited. The biggest downside is that it gets very busy at peak hours.

This pharmacy is constantly understaffed, which I completely blame on the Walgreens corporation. The staff that is here does their best but they clearly need help and Walgreens won't give it to them.

If you can, go to a different pharmacy the line is always a 30+ minute wait and overall the store has horrible response times. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else.
