Went to get some candy from the isle and the young woman looked fully annoyed and bothered by having to be taken away from putting away the order she was stocking to help me by opening the doors to the merchandise. She needs to remember helping customers should be a welcome break from stocking shelves. That customer service takes priority over everything else and that if it weren't for us, she wouldn't have that job in the first place. Nobody likes going into a store that has to lock everything behind glass doors as it is. At the very least, the employees could ease the annoyance by being friendly, quick to help, and not make you feel rushed to pick what you want while they stand there staring at you like you're a criminal or something.

Witnessed pharmacist on 43rd and Chicago have a shouting match with customer who was sick waiting to purchase medicine. The customer service at the front is also dismissive and burnt out.
The store’s products are also overpriced due to theft and robbery. Horrible experience and please hire new pharmacists who are professional and not rude.

Almost every household item here is behind a lock - laundry items, medicine, toilet paper, cosmetics, toiletries, even some food and drink. There are almost no employees available to get the items for you. One was just hiding in an aisle waiting for people to leave instead of unlocking items. The company/management is clearly mishandling this location and doesn't seem to give any reason for their employees to help customers. Go to a different store, especially if you want to be in and out within 20 minutes or less.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is always randomly closed during normal hours and will be closed for days sometimes. The only notification is a printed sheet on the front door. It makes it impossible to pick up prescriptions.

I have been shopping at this location for 28 years. They have gone through some really difficult times! Yes, the pharmacy lines are some times long, yes there shelves get empty, by shoplifters. Yet, the staff are always wonderful! Alex, Ethan, Kim, Paul, the pharmacy staff, and all the other front end staff are great! They all have a tough job. Keep shopping, and thank them!

THE WORST. MY DOCTOR HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TOLD ME TO CHANGE PHARMACIES. THEY MESSED UP MY PRESCRIPTION AND SCREAMED AT ME. ACCUSING ME OF TAKING MORE THAN PRESCRIBED. ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL OVER AND OVER TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS WHEN SENT IN, THEY LET THEM SIT THERE.

Me myself besides other customers have to stand in line for at least anywhere between Florida 8 minutes to see a pharmacist to pick up or to drop off I will never ever again go but I went for my wife that's the sad part and she says that it's always like that I noticed even with Walgreens losing business They should still have ample model people to assist people to get a man to get them on but that's not the case but I guess in time that'll be another Walgreens closure from your Google Meister slo.

The worst pharmacy in town. They have literally never had my prescription on time, they will keep telling you 10 more minutes like 4 times in a row. Instead of taking numbers they line everyone up down one of their aisles blocking the products for all the shoppers. Do your self a favor and find a different place to get your prescriptions.

I'm not normally one to write a bad review -- I'll just take my business elsewhere. But the stakes are high when it comes to pharmacies. I called this morning to transfer a prescription sent to Capsule for my son's kidney infection, which was diagnosed this morning. He has been in terrible pain since 3am and needs these meds. The staff told me it would take several hours to transfer and fill, even though I explained my son was in a lot of pain. He said it will be done by 2pm, but when I called at 2pm I was told I must have received incorrect information because transfers take 24 hours. He said he would "try his best" to get it done in 2 more hours, but I ended up telling him nevermind, and transferred to a local pharmacy instead (Uptown Pharmacy) who was able to handle my request right away. Look, I get it. I was a pharmacy technician for years, and I know the work and the people are challenging. I know y'all are chronically understaffed. But I also know that a huge volume of the work is refills and non-urgent prescriptions, and prioritizing those who proactively request their meds to relieve suffering is central to doing ethical work. Support your local independent pharmacy, folks.

It's amazing the condition of the store with a thousands of dollars we all spend there every month. The entrance door is been broken for a year. It barely opens and the same for the exit door. I asked the staff about this but they said that no one there will repair it. It's amazing the low standard that is seen by the local residents and consumers. The parking lot is always filthy around the door everywhere. Most of the employees there seem to have a very defeated attitude. Yet I still shop there. What is wrong with me? Perhaps the corporate office will put to money into the store.
