It was so refreshing to have a good experience with a pharmacy! I walked in, there was nobody ahead of me in line, and I had a confident and knowledgeable employee who really took care of everything, from deleting six old insurances and adding my new insurance, refilling a common prescription, and starting the prior authorization process for my new medication. I couldn't believe that I left the pharmacy feeling better about everything being clean and up to date.
This pharmacy is for specialty medications, so it's not for everyday use, but to know that there are employees out there who are knowledgeable and can take care of everything in one visit is so refreshing.

From the perspective of a customer that has time sensitive prescription, this pharmacy never disappoints. Ever. Always there ready to fill and deliver my meds. Alecia, Matt and everyone I've dealt with are a blessing and much appreciated. One less thing to worry about because they have my back!!

I've never had trouble at a Walgreens pharmacy before so I am very surprised to have had such a negative experience today. The pharmacist was condescending, dismissive, and showed no care or concern for my need for a seizure-related medication. I will definitely return to or choose to go to other Walgreens pharmacies and I highly recommend that other potential clients avoid this outlet.

Great customer service! Time crunch to get something - called to check on availability, gave me additional information about low inventory in Walgreen's warehouse - saved me much needed time, thank you!

Great Pharmacy. Always ready for me, or if my scripts aren't ready they're filled within minutes. Staff is really great from pharmacists to other staff. Always polite and professional with me. Couldn't ask for more in non retail pharmacy.
