This pharmacy is the WORST. I've used it multiple times because i live very close by, but i'm done trying. Even if the order is sent directly from your doctor, they never have it ready, you have to physically go in to ask what is going on because they don't answer their phone and then you have to wait for hours for them to verify your insurance and fill it. It's no wonder they only have 1.5 stars...

This pharmacy majorly sucks. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone and they did not communicate to me about my prescription. I experienced major delay getting my medication because they told me they did not have my prescription, only to find that the next pharmacy I contacted could not fill my prescription because Walgreens had filled it instead. When I tried to call the Walgreens pharmacy to verify whether they actually filled my prescription, once again the automated system said that it couldn't find the prescription. I spent a significant amount of time on hold before giving up on trying to get ahold of someone. I had to get my doctor to cancel my prescription entirely and write a new one for another pharmacy. It's already difficult enough to have to deal with shortages of my medication on the regular. This Walgreens pharmacy made it so much worse by causing this delay in care.

The worst pharmacy! I waited 45 minutes in line only to be told that my prescriptions were not ready, even though they were sent 4 days prior.

Avoid this pharmacy if you are able. I've never had a good experience here. Long wait times and zero accountability. Expect your prescription to not have been processed and to wait at least an additional half hour after being seen.

Pharmacy is open and closed at random times so it's hard to get prescriptions when you need them, I think it's because they don't have enough staff, but the store is very clean and the workers are nice so that's good

What a joke. Nobody at this pharmacy takes pride in their work. They’re not polite with customers and they just make excuses on prescription delays. They need a new manager to come in and do a complete overhaul of the system and the process. Trying to get someone on the phone to check on a prescription is useless as the delays are extremely long. Going in and checking on a prescription that was supposed to be ready last week as promised was still not ready despite having the medication in stock. This place is failing to operate at the lowest level.

One of the worst pharmacies in the twin cities, if not the worst. Lines are always outrageously long. Yesterday I arrive to see that they had closed at 1:30. Then, today, as I’m waiting forever in line as the workers ponderously fill orders and wander behind the desk, I see them put up signs at 4:30 that they will close at 5. If there is another pharmacy nearby, send your prescriptions there if possible!

The absolute worst place to get prescriptions. If they’re open, there’s a 10+ person line. More often, they’re randomly closed because no one showed up to work today. Go anywhere else.

This place is horrible. Young folks at the front wouldn’t do photos because 3 of them are short staffed whilst laughing and giggling. There’s no consultation with the pharmacist as is lone working. There’s usually a long line and no communication whatsoever. They don’t answer the phone. You have to come in person and wait in a long line to find out what is happening. However, there is one gentleman who is very helpful if you want anything over the counter. Please don’t waste your time at this place because it’s unpredictable. Kind regards
