Impossible to get on the phone, and then if you wait the full 40 minute hold, they hang up on you before you can answer follow up questions. Randomly were "temporarily closed" and didn't contact me to transfer medications, so now I am in a medication transfer nightmare. Also apparently they pay their pharmacist the least of any corporation.

it has its good and its bad sides like most things.. but i’ve been using this pharmacy since 98’ and i am fully satisfied with their service.. i had the phone call end after an hour a couple of times too but i’ve seen it grow, they serve a lot of people.. the store staff are very friendly but could use informative training on the merchandise they sell.

I checked Walgreens hours and walked 6 or 7 blocks (15 degrees F outside) to my neighborhood Walgreens. Google said they were open until 9:00. I got there & it’s shut down. Posted hours say it’s open until 9:00 to so this is not googles fault! What’s up with the store? Super disappointing. It will be a long time until I’m back.

Awful pharmacy and pharmacists...they don't care about people it seems. Takes days to get your RX filled, they've forgotten about mine in the past and basically told me I'll have to wait til after their lunch when I had a pretty serious leg infection (regardless of them making the error). I went to another Walgreens and they had my RX filled within 10 mins. We love our local stores in this neighborhood, but this pharmacy is a joke.

Called for pharmacy on hold for 27 minutes I hung up and called back 7 minutes no pickup have to go there the next day

Worst experience of my life they took my money and refused to refund me they have everything I paid for but refuse to give my money back I advise anyone forced to go to this pharmacy and store to find an alternative

Shelves were pretty sparse in some areas, police presence at all times. Store was clean, and the staff were very nice

100% will not be shopping here anymore. I got profiled and admonished by security for having a small tote bag in the store - I assume this is because I'm heavily tattooed, as there were other women there freely shopping with large purses and no issues.
If they get control over their ego tripping mall cops maybe I'll reconsider.

Do not take your medication up at this walgreens. Twice I've been on hold for 90 minutes and they hang up on me. They state that your medication will be ready in an hour, when in fact it's done 5 hours later. They are severely understaffed.
