Prescriptions are often unavailable and customer service is unhelpful. The pharmacists are great though, when they're actually scheduled.

The single worst store of any kind I’ve ever seen. Empty shelves, no cashiers, pharmacy severely understaffed. It’s so awful that a friend of mine uses its ineptitude as an ice breaker on Tinder.

I can’t stress how bad in all areas this Walgreens is. I’ve never just walked in here, found my item and checked out easily. There’s always a line or you have to find someone to check you out. It’s also gross in general and hasn’t been updated this decade.
The pharmacy is a nightmare. Just don’t do it.

TERRIBLE REPUTATION - I was warned against it by someone at my doctors office, but it was close to my house so I chose it and I regret it and I’m going to switch my Pharmacy immediately because these people are rude, incompetent and totally clueless

Severely understaffed, shelves are typically pretty empty.

Worst pharmacy wait times out of any pharmacy I've ever used- no matter what time I go in, there's always a line. Even if there's only two people in the line, it still will take at least 15 minutes. I was excited when they started offering delivery services via their app, I was happy to pay an extra couple dollars for delivery. Unfortunately, though- many of my prescriptions get stuck "In Progress" via their app (i.e. 3-4 days after my doctor prescribes them, they're still "In Progress"), so I end up having to call Walgreens, which always requires waiting between 15-40 minutes on the phone. Usually once I get them on the phone, they tell me they'll work on the prescriptions right away and they'll be ready w/in the hour, which I then get delivered because I will not set foot in this place. Why doesn't the prescription my doctor sends to them get filled in the first place? Why do I have to call them and ask why it's stuck "In Progress"? Really, really terrible place. I'm looking into switching to the Amazon pharmacy.

Wait on the phone for 40 minutes to talk to someone to get a refill on a prescription, then drive 40 minutes to show up to find out they closed at 1:30pm due to “staffing issues”. Now I’m stuck without my prescription until Thursday and have to go 3 MORE days without it.
Look, this isn’t the people who work there’s fault, this is Walgreens the company’s fault. They won’t pay people enough to work there and it’s time for the company to be done. This company needs to close its doors as a whole. If you don’t pay people well then you shouldn’t be in business, especially if you are in healthcare.
The CEO of Walgreens is just stealing your money while they’re allowing people to go without their medications and paying their employees poverty wages. Don't blame the pharmacist or the employees, they are doing what they can with the little they have. But Walgreens as a company is awful.

i tried to get my prescription and they wouldn’t let me get it because i wasn’t there before 5:55 and they close at 6. then when they finally said yes the price was wayyyy higher when i specifically asked for a 30 supply and they gave me a 60. when i politely asked them to refill it because it was THEIR FAULT. they wouldn’t til tomorrow. when i’m out of them today. horrible customer service! do not go to this pharmacy.

I would give this store a less than 1 star. Today was the last straw. For years now, this store has looked like the Soviet Union. Mostly empty shelves, drabby, and just plain sad. Service was slow but you know, I can deal with that. But my goodness, went in for antibiotics which the doctor had called in. I waited almost 10 minutes in line, then stood to the side waiting for them to call. So i walked around the store for 10 minutes to come back and see the pharmacy counter closed for lunch break. Now i cannot begrudge anybody's lunch time. Workers do need to get breaks. But not to mention it? No signs. No heads up. I am done with Walgreens. No wonder your stock is in the toilet.

The staff are very nice, but they are chronically understaffed. I arrived 15 min early for my appointment, and I wasn't seen until over an hour past my appointment start time. Also it is dirty and dismal throughout the store and in the back vaccine area. Poor management is failing this location, as well as many other walgreens locations in the area.

By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy has taken 5+ days to fill prescriptions, are horribly understaffed, always a huge line that takes 30 mins to get my Rx etc. It’s also a dirty interior and often under stocked. I would rather drive 15 mins out of the city than use this pharmacy

These people are clearly overworked and have horrible management. I came in for a prescription after they told me it would be done and they gave me an estimate of 40 minutes. Every single customer that came after me had even worse wait times. One customer said this was her THIRD DAY coming in and they still told her that the rX wasn’t ready. Truly would never recommend this pharmacy.

I am convinced that this is the worst run Walgreens anywhere. Ever. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The store is dirty and out of stock of many things often. Their estimated wait times are never correct. I have come to pick up a prescription well after my assigned pick up time and they are nowhere near done filling the order. I will sit there for 30 minutes to an hour and wait for my prescription to be filled even if there was no one else in line. The same goes for photo orders. They do not complete them in a timely matter or when they say they will. On top Of everything else what makes them the absolute worst is the people who run it. They are not kind, helpful, or happy. They have no desire to help the customers who walk into their store. I just walked in to pick up a prescription and as To the pharmacy, with two minutes to spare before the lunch break, the pharmacist saw me and closed the gate. I asked if I could please grab my prescription and he said no and continued to close the gate in my face. The visit I just had will be my last. I would rather drive 50 miles then go this Walgreens that is less than 1 mile from my house.
