Managers are incompetent and rude at this location. Walgreens is investing $0 in this store, and simply skimming of the dredge of pharmaceutical products.
I would give a rating of 0 stars if I could.

Was closed 20 minutes earlier than posted when I went to get some covid tests we desperately needed. The person just stood behind the counter and watched me try the door a few times.

Items show in stock on their website but they do not have a single item in stock for the cosmetics section.
It’s 2 aisles of EMPTY.
The store itself is empty/no inventory. Not sure why it’s still even open.

Never, ever use this pharmacy. They have closed unexpectedly so many times over the past few months (I'm assuming due to staffing) and I've had to waste hours on the phone with other Walgreens to get my prescriptions transferred over and filled. Awful company and this location is emblematic of how little they care about their customers.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but man this store is basically half stocked. I stopped by the ATM and watched someone walk out the entrance with 3, 12 packs of Coke. I asked an employee what was going on with the store, because the majority of the shelves were empty. He said, they aren't low on inventory, people just steal it and they don't have a policy to stop them.

I was verbally insulted by one of the Pharmacie employees.
I studied pharmacology in Germany and know that you need to have compassion for your customers as many of them are sick or recuperating from an illness. The young man tending to me was yawning constantly tired what not...
Apparently I stood in the wrong lane and he went of On me said something so horrid out loud ,a personal insult.I CAN NOT EVEN REPEAT.
I believe no matter what especially in a healing and caring position one has to keep his cool and be caring and loving to the customers which might suffer of illnesses and personal distress. If one cannot show compassion maybe a retail job is more fitting than a Pharmacie position.
I will never go back to this store my daughters not either maybe quitt walgreens all together and go to CVS.

As others have stated, save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else to get a prescription filled. This place is absolute trash.
They cancelled a refill on my prescription twice, both times with absolutely zero communication from them that they had done so. No phone call, no email, nothing. What if my prescription was for heart meds or something else that would be a catastrophic problem if I missed doses? Apparently, they don't care.
I waited 30 minutes on hold trying to find out what happened, no one picked up. So I went to the store to wait in line another 20 minutes (because they're chronically understaffed) only to be told there was a "note" for them to tell me to call my insurance provider because they don't cover my prescription. It's a monthly prescription. It was covered in November but somehow not in December? They're full of it.

They did the work of remodeling this store but management has let it go to ruin. The inside is gross and the employees don’t care to do anything. Go elsewhere.

Why is this Walgreens closed at 9:45 p.m. when their store hours are to 10:00 p.m. this is getting ridiculous if you're going to close early you should post correct hours

Please save yourself time and go somewhere else. Rude people, horrible service and the slowest prescription fill of every pharmacy I have ever used. I'm waiting for my prescription, (the second time I stopped by today and still not ready), just witnessed one of the employees cursing a customer and being completely unprofessional in front of a full line of customers. Doing everything possible to escalate the situation. This is the last time I am coming here. Shelves are half full if at all, schedule of the pharmacy hours is randomly changed without notice for customers and all around bad service. Take your business elsewhere.

What I came in for was not in stock and the store employees were not willing to check to see if they had more. Also, the pharmacy here is closed indefinitely? I didn’t have a prescription but I heard the cashier telling a lady she could “probably” get the prescription transferred. What a joke.

Poor quality store. Everything is in cases and the employees seemed bothered when asked to unlock merchandise. The pharmacy management is too cheap to hire enough people, thus are chronically understaffed. Go somewhere else.
