Horrible customer service there is one guy there who will do anything he can to avoid you I had to walk up to him avoiding eye contact at all costs I asked for something and he pointed away…..that was it…. No communication just pointed a finger… the lady at the cash register was nice enough but avoid the guys there apparently.

I had to wait for 40 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, in order to speak to a Pharmacist to call in a new prescription!.

The stock is over-priced, the staff is slow and overworked. One of the worst managed stores I have ever been in. In 15 years it has only gotten worse. When they had a regional office down the street, it was a nice store. Since its closing, this location is getting ran into the ground.

This is so funny! Tell me if you think it's funny too!! I've been on hold 2 and 1/2 hours. The 1st hour there were 3+ callers ahead of me. Now I've been the 1st caller for over an hour. I walked my dog, finished a docuseries, shoveled, showered, did a load of dishes and one of laundry and sorted my tax receipts.
It's not even the sacred lunch break.
Hire some staff!

Literally the WORST place to fill prescriptions. If you don’t have state insurance they cannot input the information. They don’t retain insurance from even 2 months ago and then argue with you when you show them that they filled the prescription less than 2 months ago. I’d rather burn in hell than come back here.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. Any time you call they just pick up the phone and than hang up to make it stop ringing. Any time I try to fill anything it says action needed and than I go down there and they make me wait a half hour and fill it. My Dr said it is all the pharmacy. Not sure why they can't just fill things.

Terrible pharmacy customer service through multiple visits- consistently long waits at both drive through and walk up counter, consistently understaffed. Rarely are prescriptions filled same day, told 20-30 mins to fill (which turns into hours or days). Phone wait times one hour plus with no answer.

Tried fill my prescription, got refused for unknown reasons, received a message to call the pharmacy...I have been on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes, over an hour as the 3rd caller.

Avoid if you can.
I have never had a simple transaction with this place, it's always multiple back and forths on wrong prescriptions, wrong info sent to insurance, or mess-ups from their computer systems.
They have not answered their phones in 3 weeks.
The Walgreens on Ford is more responsive, though you're still dealing with their awful computer systems.
Cub Pharmacy across the street also takes UHC.
