Terrible service, they don't even say Hello, the tone of voice with which they speak to you makes it seem like they were paying for your medicine. On top of that, they send you a text that it is ready and you arrive and they say that it is not ready and that the insurance company declined it.
They should evaluate the type of staff they hire so that they at least treat people with dignity…
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars but I hope that all the reviews they have serve as evidence for them to evaluate their staff…

I called and this woman made me like I was being accused of something because I had used 3 different Walgreens in the last 6 months. I was told (by Walgreens) to contact other stores because it wasn’t in stock due to the shortage.

I can’t believe all pharmacies are this slow. Holy s—to and half the time they have to scramble around to find medications 💊 be been told are ready for pick up! Long line all the time, I don’t get it…

they texted me saying my prescription was out of stock, then texted me saying it was in stock and ready for pickup. I showed up and it wasn't ready and was out of stock apparently.

There was a hiccup with my photo order but the manager at the Lyndale walgreens went above and beyond to solve the problem. I wish I had asked his name so I could give him a personal shout out! Thank you!

I went at 3:30pm Saturday July 27… got greeted by an amazing worker who helped me look for name tags, they didn’t have any so we resorted on post it’s! His customer service was amazing and I really appreciate him! Then we got some beverages and went to pay the cashier, he was on FaceTime the whole transaction…. he completely was invested in his phone call verses us as customers. Then I heard him ask the person on the line if he had a boyfriend. It was very awkward and we didn’t appreciate how he was so involved in his phone conversation, versus doing his job. Kinda embarrassing, very unprofessional. If I was his manager I’d be upset. But the store is clean and the other worker (didn’t get his name) was above and beyond. The management needs to be more attentive.

This is my local pharmacy and they’re amazing. In the age of the American medical system falling apart—these guys go above and beyond. Can’t even imagine how frustrating it is to be a pharmacist, I’m thankful for them.

Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Always a long wait even when there’s no line. They are regularly screwing up prescriptions, not auto refilling when they should be, not even when you order refill through phone or app - you go to pick it up and it’s not ready so after you’ve waited for 20 min in line, you need to wait another 20 min for them to fill the script and then get back in line again when they call your name. Techs and pharmacist are rude and judgmental when it comes to discussing certain medications. Avoid this place if you can! Note: The store itself is fine and staff is friendly and helpful.

Curbside is a joke. Waited over 15 minutes & then they wouldn’t answer the phone for a good 5 minutes. I was the only car waiting. Could’ve been in and out of the store much faster. 2-stars because the employee delivering my item was nice.
