I love this place! Thorough eye exam and glasses at a great price all in one place. The process from beginning to end is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. And I love my super cool new glasses! Highly recommend.

Made apt at the Northloop location so I could go on my lunch break.
Dr. Never showed up, no phone call or email to cancel or reschedule. The receptionist flat out lied to my face saying she had been trying to call me....verified they had the right number. They wasted an hour of my day. Go to somewhere else. This location obviously doesn't care about their customers at all.

I am a Realtor in the North Loop so first off, the location is perfect. When I made my appointment the online intake process was a breeze. Then, when I got to the store, Owen checked me in and was super helpful in getting me set up with a few frames to try on. Even though I was a bit early, Dr. McDevitt was more than happy to see me and gave me a thorough eye examination, going through every step of the process and explaining what I could expect with my new progressive lenses. After the appointment, I went back to the showroom and continued looking at frames with Owen. Upon finding the exact ones I was looking for, Owen got everything ordered and I'll go back in a couple weeks to pick up my new glasses. Thanks so much, North Loop Warby Parker! Y'all killed it, cheers!

10/10 - small/medium location: neat & welcoming vibe. Other customers: not overcrowded, not empty. 3 staff: all kind and helpful. Service: did not go to purchase anything - just get 4 pairs adjusted - easy, quick, and all glasses fit nicely now. Sales pushes: all associates did their due diligence in offering but never pushy or overbearing. Did not purchase today but due to comfort in this experience, will be coming back for the Satler & Henderson glasses!!

Friendly staff, personable experience, and with a rush order, I got my glasses within 3 business days! Had to pay out of pocket for the optometrist exam and I am more than pleased with the service. So grateful that they customized my prescription to help avoid the headaches my old prescription (although technically correct) gave me. Also, these are the first frames I actually enjoy wearing. Can go wrong with a pair of Warby Parker glasses!
