The manger named Mohamed at this branch should not be a manger at all, one of the staff reached out to him because i asked her if i can talk to the manger about a issue i had and his respond was “ Everybody wants to talk to me today”
I said I’m sorry, sir. Clearly you don’t wanna be bothered today, he laughed about it.
What kind of a manger talks like this or reacts to customers need.

I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for 40+ years. My husband passed away and I needed to clear up some things. I was treated rudely by the banker Kevin and also the
Bank manager. I received multiple different answers as to what I needed to do, it took a week to find out what forms I needed to fill out
In the mean time I had no access to my money. I’ll NEVER go back. I’m now with Bremer bank. What a difference. I was helped by a banker immediately without an appointment. The banker was so kind, helpful and professional. Got all my questions answered in no time.. TERRIBLE Wells Fargo branch!

Terrible customer service and banker that was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Highly considering closing my accounts after back to back horrible experiences at this location. Would not recommend.

Pros: dedicated parking lot and on Saturday when very busy, they had someone who could answer questions or help make an appointment, etc., before getting in the very long line so that you don't waste your time.
Cons: so busy, I really wish they had longer hours or more people.

It is a distinguished bank and can solve any customer problem very quickly. This happened to me personally and I was treated well and my problem was solved as quickly as possible.

Teller was uneducated on procedures and told me to talk to the Manager who was not helpful at all, and told me I had to talk to a Banker. I left her desk and then Manager started talking to other employees and then other customers. I went back to her to show her that her actions were the reason ofor the 2.4 Google Review..

People are nice at the bank itself but there's so many Hoops you have to jump through to do a simple transaction it takes forever.
I go to my credit union I hand them a check they had me money it takes like 5 minutes Wells Fargo takes like 20 it's insane.

Walked inside to excellent customer service. Medium length line. 3 cashiers working and 1 supervisor walking behind them okaying transactions as needed.

Worst customer service at the teller! I stayed in line for about an hour and was denied the coins I requested when I have a lot of money in my account. Avoid this location at any cost!
