Something is seriously broken about this branch. You'll wait hours, will be asked to make appointments, be rerouted to phone calls that don't make sense. They won't show up for their appointments.When they finally took our account information they got it wrong and it took us 3 weeks to discover their issue and another 3 weeks to fix it. All the while, the account wasn't able to be used. A complete disaster of a branch.This seems to be specific to this branch office as we simply tried again in a St. Louis Park branch and had a wonderful experience there with no errors. So avoid this branch at all costs.

Would love to know if there's a drive-through where I can get quarters like the old Lake and Nicollet branch they closed but no one answers the phone and the information online about this isn't clear.Updating to add: There is no drive-through at this branch. The staff inside advised going to St. Louis Park or Richfield M-F, but did not know of any nearby drive-through branch locations open on Saturdays or in Minneapolis. The stars in my review are not reflective of how helpful or nice the staff are inside this branch, they were great, but rather the unclear information online and the lack of services in a large city like Minneapolis.

One of the two drive up ATMs are out of cash nearly every time of the time I pull up. It's a fun gamble which lane to pull up in and then have to back all the way out to go to the other one.The one time I had to go into the bank the employees were fast and helpful but I'm here for the ATM about 99% of the time.

With Wells Fargo being open and very few locations on a Saturday it makes it impossible to find a Bank that's open if you need to talk to a teller and at the end of the day when you get to a bank and the location has a line like this it's time for Wells Fargo to put a few more people behind the desk on Saturdays and have a few more locations open- Robert Westlund

The banker Linda is a very rude banker. When I needed help with paper work I clearly didn't understand and was having a hard time she laughed at my face while rewriting my P.O.A. paper and printing it out saying she couldn't help. Lovely customer service Wells Fargo.

I was turned down service here because this location didn’t wanna take my temporary Id from IL I’m a Chicago resident staying in Minneapolis for a few months with family and I’m also working out here I got paid and I was trying to cash in my check ! Only info I have is my Temporary Id and my social and birth certificate! They told me they not gonna take my Temporary Id because it’s not a Minnesota temporary Id like what ?! I never heard nothing like that before a Id is an Id it’s a form of Identification! It don’t matter what state it’s from is my Id and that’s all I have ? Maybe because I was black that’s why they turned me down it was very unprofessional and not fair I wasn’t able to cash in my check and that was low down dirty !

There was a line of 15 people, 4 tellers behind the counter, ZERO tellers helping customers. Astonishing. I've been a customer for 35 years. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.

I always experience a waiting line that is way too long at this bank, with just one or two tellers. Once I reach the teller, I am seldomly treated with some courtesy. I go to this bank when I absolutely do not have any other choice.

There was a line of 15 people, 4 tellers behind the counter, ZERO tellers helping customers. Astonishing. I've been a customer for 35 years. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.
