Have received letters regarding the FDIC requirement for information on Grantor Trust. Have been to the local office 3 times regarding this requirement. All 3 times have been told that they know who the grantor is now, have his social security number, etc. Week or so same letter. Call and they tell me to go back to the local office. Now has only 2 people at most 3. Have grantor trust accounts with 3 other banks. NEVER AN ISSUE.HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES OR SO. ANGER IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW I FEEL.

Wells Fargo has signal handled taken $2,200 from us out of a ATM in Longmont Co. It has been over 5 days and have not refunded us. Which obviously are not going to. It was a cash deposit. I’ve spent so much time calling customer service across to the Philippines. Finally 1 supervisor admitted that we are NOT getting the money back!! Do not trust them. Do not use any machines. And we found out that the cameras were “not working”. How convenient for Wells Fargo. I will to continue to post my anger on 2,200 sites for every dollar they stole from me. No one helps when you call any number. Of course I can not speak with the investigation manager, well properly because there isn’t one. Hard to talk to someone that does not exist. . Beware if any of you out there continue to bank with them.

My wallet was stolen and I disputed the charges that were not mine on August 5,2022. Don’t hear a word from them I call in October 3, 2022. The man on the phone said my dispute was denied I said why? I have a police report he said I can’t tell you. He says they sent out a letter which I never received. When I asked him to resend the letter he said no they had already sent it. 12 years with this bank and this is how I’m treated so I’m going to a real bank.

Wells Fargo is the true reason why a lot people did bank robberies back in the day .?I can see why they did it now ! ?They have the audacity to not give you a loan and you bank with them for over 10 years but then want to charge you $35 if you go $2 over in your account !!Please make it make sense???Let's be honest they are the biggest crooks that have ever walked this earth starting with their ancestors.?Do better theives ??

Using my son's e-mail address attached to my son's Wells Fargo checking account, I used Zelle to send $200 to my struggling son to help him meet his apartment payment. Zelle put the money in the wrong persons account. And even though Wells Fargo own records shows the money was suppose to be transferred to my son's Wells Fargo account, but ended up in his mother's Bank of America account (a person I'm not even on talking terms with, and note, my son is an adult and has no joint accounts with his mother). Neither Zelle nor Well's Fargo would return the $200 dollars to my account. So I have filed a judgment against Zelle, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. And after I have received the judgment in my favor, which I will, I intend to sue them for mental anguish compensation. It is really sad that Zelle would not admit their mistake, and that no one at any of the above mentioned financial institutions used common sense and acted in good faith and transferred the $200 back into my account so I could send it to my financially struggling son.
