I ordered a gold coin from a TV ad. The gold coin was supposed to come with a free silver coin. The charge for the gold coin was immediately posted to my credit card. Three weeks later, no coin. I left phone messages. I finally got a response and a promise for immediate delivery. Several days later, the gold coin arrived. No silver coin. I called again and was promised that the silver coin would be sent. I never received the silver coin. Do not do business with this shady company!Update- I called the company again about the silver coin that I didn't receive. The salesman apologized, said it was his fault that I didn't get the silver coin. He said he would send me two silver coins due to his mistake. I did get two silver coins. I am upgrading my rating from one star to two stars.

I saw an ad for 2023 silver eagles, perfect 10 for $49.95 each. The salesperson spent the call trying to get me to buy a $400.00 item and kept arguing with me. He told me the advertised item didn't make sense to purchase. Then he said I could only buy one. After he failed to sell me the item I called about I told him I would purchase it from a more reliable company. It is a bait and switch company. Personally, I prefer a company with higher ethical standards. BEWARE, shop at your own risk.
