Not sure of everyone else's experience but mine was great. Arrived at 9am on a Monday. There was no line at all. And there's actually 2 docks available, not just 1. Maybe I got lucky today. I Was out of the door by 9:45am.

Very nice crew. They are really fast for loading and everyone treats you very politely. Good place for Drivers.
