Encountered one competent front desk employee, but other than her, worthless top to bottom. Visit if you feel like dealing with dismissive doctors that do not follow up and do not respect your time or expenses and conjur up any fee possible while delivering nothing. negative stars.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2014. HCMC has been a good hospital to me. My doctor is Ayham Moty MD he has been very thorough all these years. People come here because they have excellent doctors. Immigrants come here and they are treated nicely. Parking is always available. The place is always clean and the pharmacy always super busy. They ship it to you if you need to.

I've been going to the Whittier Clinic for about ten years and they have been doing a really nice job with keeping me healthy and wise

Unfortunately a really bad experience overall. The receptionists and scheduling specialists are super wonderful, kind, and helpful. The nurses and PAs as well. Doctors are clearly overworked, rude, condescending, don't care about you as a human being at all. I suspect it's due to underfunding. Do better Hennepin Healthcare!

I don't know if it's okay to share a nurse's name here but in the interest of protecting her identity, I'll say the nurse "T" was an absolute treasure. I have pretty intense medical trauma and my anxiety for even the most pedestrian procedures can have me spiraling adding to a spike in my BP. Anyways. I went in for a procedure on Tuesday and the nurse who took my vitals was so so so kind and helpful, understanding, and totally calming which is a pretty monumental feat, I could tell -- having encountered the opposite in my life -- she has a genuine care and compassion for her patients. Save her! Pay her whatever she asks and double it to keep her at this clinic! We need more people like her in this line of work.

After many trips to here over the last 7 months I've came to the realization that all their staff is very friendly/tries to be accommodating but their doctors are below sub par and completely ignorant to diet and other options of help. I'm usually disregarded, switched doctors or told we don't help like that. Overall go to a real hospital if you can!! Obviously most will not have a choice like me but if you do go somewhere that cares.

We finally found a pediatrician whom we LOVE! Love. And, as any discerning new parent knows, finding a ped who jives with your ow philosophies and personality of you and your babe is no easy feat. We went through three different clinics before we landed with Dr. Colianni, and we are so happy we found her! She gets five stars, hands down; I'd give her ten if that were an option. She is open-minded and totally nonjudgmental in addition to assuaging all of my neurotic fears and worries about my little guy. She's also quick to suggest remedies other than medication for mild things. She makes us feel like pretty much everything is normal, although I also know that if anything were to strike her as abnormal or moderately concerning, she'd follow up without hesitation. I have complete confidence in her, and she makes me feel like I should have confidence in myself as a parent, too. She's also AWESOME at responding to messages regarding any concerns I have that come up between appointments (this happens a lot. See prior comment about neuroses. Sorry, Dr. C!) and never makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her with additional questions. She takes time both inside and outside of the actual appointment to make sure we've addressed everything I can think of. It's a huge relief. The clinic overall has a few quirks, like sometimes the phone system seems to act up. Word from the wise: when you get transferred to the clinic, if it just rings and rings, you're actually on hold. You'd never know that, and you'll end up hanging up and calling back too many times before they mention that the endless ringing is their hold. Good to know in advance to diminish frustration! Another thing that bugged me for a while was that you have to sit through a ten-minute phone call before your first appointment to register. I feel like that's something that should be really easy to put online, and I had to go through the process for both my son and myself. Sure, a little time on the phone doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's a nuisance and actually a pretty big inconvenience for a person who's used to doing everything electronically. The people are super nice and helpful, but there's a lot of re-routing phone calls, etc. and it really could be streamlined. I had an appointment for myself with a smiley physician whom I didn't love. I didn't get much face time and wasn't really heard as much as I wanted to be. I'll just try again next year! Whittier also has an integrative component, so you can see integrative family doctors or really easily get a prescription for acupuncture or chiropractic work from your regular doc. The physicians I've seen are not pharmaceutical-prescription crazy, but it's good to know those options are available if you want to advocate for a more holistic approach to wellness. Whittier is such a great place for my family to receive their care. It's a clean clinic and is pretty much always running on time (crazy, right?!). While the initial appointment might be sort of a hassle to set up, get onto MyChart right away and you'll be on your way to a smooth line of communication with both care providers and scheduling. Thanks for keeping my family healthy + comfortable, and almost excited to see our doctors!

Our family has had overall really good experiences here. Probably a lot to do with Dr. Kara Parker, our family doctor, but also the nurses have been really patient and helpful with our son, particularly. Also had a mixed experience but mostly good in the PT department. Front desk people have also always been really friendly.

I love Whittier Clinic and the staff. I moved to Hudson Wisconsin 2 years ago and still make the trek over to that clinic because I like it there so well. The clinic is laid out well and clean. The staff are everything I want--professional, kind and efficient.
