We found this venue earlier in the year and fell in love with it. The views, location, catering packages, space was exactly what we were looking for so we happily signed a contract with Kailey, the Catering Sales manager. However, very soon after signing is when the biggest problem began to arise - a SEVERE lack of communication. We would have a list of very important questions to ask Kailey, but it was nearly impossible to reach her. There were times when she would listen to our many voicemails and instead of calling back, we would get an email stating that she heard our voicemail and was asking what questions we had. After we replied, she would then proceed to take 5-10 business days to respond. It was a constant cycle of calling, emailing, and waiting. When we informed the Marquette hotel staff about the difficulty in reaching Kailey and requested to speak to someone else regarding our wedding, we were told that only Kailey could handle our contract, leaving us with no other options. This was extremely frustrating, and we found it deeply unfair to be constantly left without answers while we were paying thousands for this contract. We hope that no one else has to endure the frustrations that we did as we planned such an important day, and we share our experience to make you aware of what you might also encounter working with Kailey.

Having our wedding ceremony at Windows on Marquette was a breathtaking experience. Unfortunately for us it was cloudy on the day, but before the clouds rolled in all of our guests still got a chance to view the beautiful Twin Cities landscape from the 50th floor.
We worked with Kailey as our event coordinator and she was so kind and easy to work with. We ended up getting a hotel block at the Marquette as well, and everyone we worked with and interacted with at the hotel was so nice and helpful for us.
I would absolutely recommend Windows as a venue, and the Marquette as a hotel. Great service, wonderful to work with, and beautiful views!

This was one of the most beautiful venues I've been to. The view is fantastic. I was here for a conference and the views were distracting to say the least. The foods they served were delicious and they really step up their game to impress their clients. If I ever get asked to go back, I won't think twice.

Incredible space for events with excellent staff. We had our Venue Tour + Vendor Meetup held on the 50th floor Windows at Marquette in downtown Minneapolis. We were so high up in the sky, one of the tallest skyscrapers in Minneapolis, the IDS building. You can seriously see for miles and miles out into the suburbs. Gorgeous spaces inside for any event with sweeping views outside with ceiling to floor windows.Marquette served a wonderful spread for brunch that included: toasted bagels slathered with cream cheese, capers and smoked salmon. Lots of fresh fruits, cantaloupe, melons, honeydew, melon, strawberries. And with the brunch theme there was wonderful toasted hashbrowns, and yummy quiche. It was delicious.Highly recommend Windows at Marquette for any special eventPhoto credit: Adrian Steinbach PhotographyTwin Cities Wedding & Event Professionals

Windows on Minnesota is definitely worth taking a look at if you're going to be getting married or having a special event soon.
I highly recommend checking out the pictures and reading the reviews.
What an amazing wedding venue! Just book it! Everything is perfect. I only wish I had remembered my camera.
My DJ company Scott sitron DJ can't wait to come back! The staff are beyond friendly and the layout is perfect!

Cool space! I attended a conference up here and really enjoyed taking in the views from every side. Especially nice on clear sunny days! Although some colleagues felt a little woozy from the height. The food was very good, although the staff was quite militant about making everyone leave the dining areas the moment mealtime was over. Restroom was clean with lots of stalls so there was never a long wait despite hundreds of attendees. I'd happily come back to an event here.

I'm sure this will be a common theme in these reviews for the foreseeable future, but Kailey at Windows on MN knocked it out of the park. Exceeded our expectations in everyway and took care of a ton of the pre-wedding stress you typically hear about. The event staff was great, food was phenomenal, and we just couldn't be more grateful for how amazing the venue was. If you're on the fence go meet with them and you'll be blown away.

Windows on Minnesota was a dream wedding venue. The views are spectacular, and bad weather won't ruin your day! We were lucky enough to have a clear, sunny day to fully enjoy the panoramic views, but going into my wedding without having to worry about a rainy day backup option gave me major peace of mind. The Marquette's team was also great to work with. They were helpful and communicative all throughout our planning process, and everything ran smoothly on the big day. The food was great, the bartenders were efficient, and everything went perfectly. They were also flexible and helped us to plan a multi-cultural fusion wedding, which was extremely important to us. Finally, having a hotel right there, across Crystal Court, made it smooth and easy for out of town guests to get to the wedding without needing to arrange special transportation. I can't imagine a better wedding venue.

Kailey did such a great job taking over our booking on such a short notice! She made sure every detail was finalized for our big day and was very responsive to communication with us and our planner! The venue itself is so unique and one of a kind! Each meal we selected was so delicious and beautifully presented. All our guests were amazed at the views and the interior atmosphere of the venue!

Working with the staff at Windows on Minnesota is a seamless process. They are communicative, pleasant and helpful and a real joy to work with. Both the planning/sales staff and the onsite staff during the event worked quickly and quietly to provide the best service for our event. The location can't be beat- your guests are in awe overlooking downtown Minneapolis and what lays beyond. Plus, the venue itself is interesting in the IDS tower, has ample parking available onsite and the furnishings and cleanliness are unparalleled. 5 stars!

Listed as a restaurant. It's not. Conference hall that caters it's own events, but was told now they are outsourcing the catering and shutting down the kitchen? Unsure if that's true. Yes it has windows. Yes it's a conference room. But nothing special, elegant or exciting about the place. Food was sub par. Service was standard. Was taken here for a conference dinner and I'm not sure what the appeal was, but it was a pretty lackluster night.

We came here for a wedding last week and it was amazing. What a view! especially after dark. I word of caution however, if you have trouble with your ears popping in elevators, I recovered however.
