They are so horrible and they don’t have great customer service and I don’t recommend for any of my friends or family.. they don’t solve any issues on time! Like other bank they have 24/7 assistant but wings don’t and when you call during the day like Normal Tuesday they took forever to answer your call! I hate this bank so much they are so annoying!

If a debt buyer contacts wings, they charge $100 fee for recieving a letter. As often as they want to check your account wings takes $100 of the top every time, then charge overdraft fees. I had $60 in my account so wings just made me $-130. I was $900 short on rent with 2 days to pay, now im $1750 short. At least they waited until afterbl Christmas. I'm on assistance so legally they can't touch my income but it's not like I can afford legal help. Waited on hold for an hour to speak to them and they hung up instantly. I owed $1000 and kept making payments for a year but defaulted. Debt buyer paid $30 for the account and got a judgment for $2700+ and counting + wings take. My childs accounts were drained to. She only had $30 but that probably hit the hardest.

Their online account information is horrible. Recently got an auto loan from them. But when you log into your account, there is very little information about your loan. The due date looked like it was a month later than I thought and my auto pay information wasn't even listed. I almost missed my first payment because of this.

I highly recommend Wings Financial Credit Union! Sarah and her staff are accommodating and friendly. They make me feel at home and taken care of. Financial freedom has never tasted so good!

mostly good but today's 3/27/20 waited in line in drive thru for almost an hour. Why are transactions taking over 10 min long. you have no lobby traffic. Bad service today!

Phone help desk workers are very combative and need more training. If you need anything and call the 1-800 number ask directly for the manager right away. Twice I've called and been given straight up WRONG information until I ask for the manager. The managers say something completely different and solve the issue right away. When my Kleinbank location got bought out by Wings and I needed my statements from previous years. I was told the digital copies were GONE and I would be charged 3.00 per statement and have the paper copies sent snail mail. Actually the statements are all online. Also I was told it was impossible to raise the 5000.00 debit card limit for more than a day until I spoke with a manager. You would think this is pretty basic stuff.

Their cash machine steals your money and they refuse to compensate you for the large amount of your time they waste. This is not a real bank. Tread carefully!

This Wings location is located in the basement of the government building, right by the fountain actually. They recently closed down half of the space and have reopened with a much smaller space. It's shiny and brand new with a very APPLE iphone type look. It looks similar to the Skyway location -but a lot smaller. At this location, they use teller machines too-it's basically a machine you use to communicate with a a live agent who is at a different location. There are actual people still employed at this location, but they help with other things like address updates or whatever, but they don't provide teller transactions, the teller machine does that job. Pretty cool. The teller machines are easy to use. Service is overall pleasant and really nice. However, the reason for the three stars is because the teller machines does not make change from dollar bills, so you cannot get quarters. I live at an old apartment building that still uses ancient quarter operated laundry machines, so I go to the bank every few months to get $30-$40 of quarters to use for laundry. At a regular bank with human tellers, you can get rolls of $10 worth of quarters quite easily. With the teller machines at Wings, you cannot get change for quarters. Wings should have an option available where the machine can dispense change in rolls of quarters if the customer needs it. I don't think it would be that hard to customize.
