This branch was my go to. Now it is the worst one. I could even deposit checks or cash. Worthless spot. Glad they renovated now it’s just bad.

Too many times! My partner and I have attempted three times to add me as Auth user, and each time we're told it is done and will be sent in the mail, still no card.In my last attempt, I signed up as a member, hoping this would expedite the process. Nope!No action from them, other than sorry and confused look on their face as to why it wasn't done already. I have never experienced this level of customer service at Fidelity or US Bank. In my 25 years!Sharing with your team isn't enough. Change the behavior.

I’ve used them for years and have been generally happy with low fees etc. however, the recent change away from live, in-person tellers is extremely unwelcome and a horrible customer experience. I was told by the “remote/live” teller I needed help in-person, but was sent back to the “check in” line — no one there — and after waiting for several minutes, then told to wait with three others — two of whom ALSO could not complete their banking using remote teller. One gave up and left. This is not customer friendly. Not all efficiencies are better.

Gave them a fair shot after a bad experience with a big bank, but after 2 months, I’m done. First they froze my account after “suspicious activity,” and by that I mean I went to two Target stores in my area in one day. They also never even reached out to me to let me know this so I just couldn’t use my own money for days.Now they have repeatedly held my money hostage. I set up an auto transfer to an external account that was canceled due to the aforementioned freeze. So I submitted another one manually. It’s been an entire week and the money hasn’t moved. It’s also extremely inconvenient to even set those up because their mobile app doesn’t let you.This place just isn’t worth your time. I’m closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. I cannot have a bank that is inconsiderate of my time and *my* money.

I have had a terrible experience with Wings. It comes so highly recommended and I cannot understand why.Opening up a business account with multiple signers/card holders was a months long process and everything went wrong….I spent 3 hours over the course of 2 days waiting to be seen at this location and finally meeting with someone after all my paperwork was completed.The info from my paperwork was put in the system with so many errors….My phone number was input incorrectly.My email was incorrect.My team member’s SSN was input incorrectly. (To name just a few of the errors.)I was told our cards would arrive at the business address. They arrived at everyone’s individual addresses instead.The cards were misprinted so they all arrived but couldn’t be activated. And no one got in touch to tell me… probably because my contact info was put in incorrectly. We were just trying to activate cards that weren’t turned on.I finally went to the St. Paul location and had someone help me. They were embarrassed by all the errors that became apparent as they tried to fix the issues.New cards were created. I was told they’d ship to the business address. Again, they did not. One employee never received a PIN number in the mail.I find the online app clunky.One thing I do like is the enhanced atms where you can log in with member number and do more than you can with just a normal ATM.If Wings was not located near my business I would be banking somewhere else. This has all been a colossal disappointment.

Do not come here if you are trying to open a hemp/cbd business. They see no difference between something federally legal and federally illegal. Want to open an alcohol retailer? Something also once prohibited? That's fine. Legal cannabinoids that the government approved? That you can buy down the block at the gas station? That's not okay by them. Have contacted the MN DHR and will be reaching out to the US OCR. This is outright discrimination against legitimate business.

I want to give them 0 stars but fortunately for them Google doesn't allow that. I was very excited to open a new account with Wings, but waiting for almost and hour is unexceptable. Especially when their bankers are just chit chatting and walking by me like I didn't exist. All the bankers on duty walked by me with out even a glance or hello. I just got a preview of how they treat new clients. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

The change of pulling tellers out and putting in machines is very disappointing and can be frustrating. The staff is great and it was nice to have the interactions with the tellers. Big mess up by Wings, in my opinion.

Been with wings for many many years... Not happy to see they let go... (Yes meaning no job with wings) all of the tellers and put in basically ATMs. Shame on you wings!! Absolutely incredible. Im already looking into other credit unions with live tellers in my face!! Some of those teller had been there for close to and over 20 years... See ya bye they said we have machines to do your job... Corp Greed has gone way too far!!

They never answer the call you have to stay on the line over 20 minutes every time .
