must scale in and out. loading is fast but the lady in shipping is rude, will not answer to any of your questions or concerns.

The check-in lady was nice. She talked politely checking 2 PM. Check out 2:40pm pretty fast loading easy in and out. I definitely wanna come back in here.

They do the basics of pickup up the trash reasonably well. The problem is in my neighborhood they don't have a strong hold so they just come and go as they please. Sometimes 1-2 days late. Its very frustrating.
