“We've had a Wolf range for almost 20 years and a sub zero fridge/freezer for a few years. They are exquisitely designed and the fabulous performance makes me happy every day. Today I had to phone support with an issue in the app. The gentleman I spoke with was outstanding - helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I highly recommend!”

“All my questions were answered. The dishwasher recommended and I purchased fit my needs and price point. The installer they sent from Carlson Appliance Care did a wonderful job rerouting the plumbing, updated the electrical outlet, and cleaned up everything when done. Very pleased with the install. Recommend AC Carlson for your all of appliances and ask them to schedule their installer. Five star customer service and installation from start to finish. They have a large selection of top brand appliances on their showroom for a fair price. You won’t get this level of service from a big box store!”

“I was looking for a freezer to purchase and didn’t know what would be the best fit for me. My sales person TJ was very helpful and gave me a few options to choose from. He helped coordinate payment online and delivery without me having to step foot in the store. The freezer was delivered professionally and I am glad I took TJ’s advice. Great job!”

“When our fridge suddenly stopped cooling we shopped all the big box stores and narrowed down what we were looking for. We were able to order the exact brand and color through Appliance Outlet Center for less, with sooner delivery and set up, and they removed the old one. Smooth easy process, and happy with the result.”

“Travis and his team helped us take down a couple of diseased trees and helped us remove some trees that were just too densely planted. He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. Travis was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice and guidance on how to manage our trees and at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

“Today my sister is retiring from Tennant. She started in the mail room when she was 19. My mom also retired from Tennant several years ago, after working there for 27 years. I also have a cousin who retired, her daughter who will some day retire from there. This company has been very good to my family. I feel like I grew up here. I recently moved into a building and saw an old familiar sight, it made me smile and it felt like home.”

“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

“I don't live in Eden Prairie and rarely have business there, but I will be shopping at this specific Home Depot from now on. The employee who helped me, Lauren Nelson, was an absolute treasure. She is kind, funny, and extremely helpful! I had gone in with a couple of items in mind and in the midst of helping me find those items, she also helped me find some other things that I needed and all for great prices. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell by our interactions that she is an absolute veteran when it comes to customer service. Sincerely one of the best shopping experiences that I have ever had! I hope Lauren is working every time I visit the store. I'd give her and this store 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Lauren, you're the best!”

“I go to this Home Depot at least once a week ( with Covid I have no life..and I'm doing some home remodel to my friends house haha). I'm a mechanical engineer for a huge construction company and I still need some help when it comes to paint, flooring, wallpaper disaster removal, and my awesome 9'-0" heigh axe throwing board and stand. Rich has helped me on countless items! He's my go to guy! Always helps me, if he can't help, he always directs me to the right person. I give this Home Depot 100%!!!”

“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”

“Great staff, folks want rental tools to be new and they are not. If you know what you are doing and ask questions when you don't, the team here is happy to help. Only ding is the limited inventory when it comes to larger equipment but likley due to limited demand in the area.”
