“I scheduled a free tire rotation for my car after driving 3K miles over 3 years since buying a new set of Michelins at Younstedt's in Minnetonka. The front desk scheduler made it easy and was very personable the morning I showed up at 8:00AM. They discovered a driver's side rear tire pressure was low and suggested they investigate. they found a bead had developed a leak, removed the tire and scraped the bead, cleaned and resealed it. Thanks for offering free tire rotation because it affords the opportunity preventive maintenance and take any intervention necessary to repair any discovered problems. Great idea and dependable work, Youngstedt's! This is why I buy all my cars' tires from you. I highly recommend Youngstedt's for your car's tire/alignment needs.”

“I've been to a few Midas locations throughout the cities (namely this one, SLP off Excelsior and Apple Valley off Cedar) and have had nothing but good experiences at all of them. Good, honest people that want to make sure their customers are taken care of.
As for this location, Kevin's the man. His light and sarcastic nature makes coming in for work a blast. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Told him I'm gonna need to get my brakes done soon and got priced at another smaller shop in Minneapolis - he figured out a way to come in lower than that shop, but he looked at the digital inspection before sending it to me, went out and verified the result and said there's absolutely no reason to get my brake job done as they're still in plenty good shape. They also made me aware of another persistent issue that I thought was fixed by the dealership I bought my truck from, for which I'll be getting done at this shop due to their customer service and proven knowledge in this area. Stellar experience guys. Keep it up! Thanks again!!”

“I discovered Boulevard Station on a Saturday evening, after the engine in my car threw its serpentine belt and started overheating. It was just by chance that I exited US-169 onto Minnetonka Boulevard, looking for a place to park. I coasted into the shop’s parking lot, and this turned out to be an incredibly lucky landing. First, because the business was still open and, second, because David, the owner, quickly diagnosed my car’s problem and offered to send a repair quote the following Monday. (Boulevard Station is closed Sundays.) When the quote arrived, the total was within $5 of the amount I was expecting to pay. I am immensely grateful for the prompt service and fair pricing I received. Also, David, is a hell of a nice guy.”
“I had 2 license plate screws break off the back and needed to get my license plate on. After weeks of it taped in the back window, on a whim I stopped at this BP and talked with Todd (owner/manager?). He said, "do you want me to just take care of it now?". Sure!! 4 minutes and 6 dollars later, my plate is on and perfect!! He just went right next to the old holes, and drilled new ones.”

Shay determined that it was too rusty to do it safely. He said somebody else could weld something on but it wouldn’t be as secure. THAT is what I like in a service center.”
