“I highly recommend the Naturepedic Minnetonka, MN store. When I walked in, I had been sleeping on a very firm mattress that made my bones ache. After laying on all the mattresses in the store and two visits, I choose a soft one to rest my tired bone. Unfortunately, what was comfortable for a 10-minute short rest, did not at all work for a whole night. Karna, the store manager, worked with me through several exchanges so I ended up the mattress that was right or me. Thank you, Karna!”

He was welcoming and super helpful in helping me pick a mattress that would work for me, and didn't point me towards the most expensive thing. He kept my budget in mind and went from low to high price within that to find me the best fit for me.All told, I was in the store for about 45 minutes.Shout out to Brandon for a painless mattress buying experience!”

I really appreciate that OMF took the time to reach out, explain the situation and resolve my issue. Thank you for following up and making things right. Very pleased to have my problem fixed.Original review: We got the wrong mattress delivered. Went back the next day and different sales person told us he couldn't help us unless we paid a 25% restocking fee but didn't offer to take our info or have rep get back to us. Went back twice before we talked to sales rep and then, sadly, too much time had gone by for him to fix our problem.Love the product but disappointed.”
