“The service was great. the associate (Lion) was a very kind young man. He was very thorough and was not pushy at all. Very excited about receiving the bed we ordered.”
“5 years ago, back when this showroom was called Sleep Sherpa, I came to this show room looking to try the Tuft and Needle Mint, and others mattresses which no other show room had. I had very pleasant customer experience. Buying that mattress was the best shopping decision I ever made; it was comfortable, supported my body in just the right way, wasn't too hard or too soft. Thank you so much.”
“I recently visited a Saatva store since I am in need of a new mattress. The person who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. I tried several of the mattresses and she readily gave me information on each one I tried. I would recommend you stop in and check them out if you are in need of a new mattress.”

“Purchased my sleep number bed from Tom, and boy, was he sharp!! Super knowledgeable. Super friendly. Answered every single question and I had and even reminded me that there was no dumb question out there and to ask away! If you are in the market for a new mattress, deal with Tom!”
“Very nice, high quality ethically sourced pillows. Phenomenal customer service. I had a slight problem with the pillow (not their fault). They went out of their way to accommodate me. I was looking for a company that cared about where their goose down came from and I am more than impressed with them. Highly recommended.”

“Richard was wonderful to work with. So knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, no pressure to buy. He gave great advice on choosing a mattress based on my sleeping habits and health issues. I bought a mattress, adjustable base, mattress protector and pillow at a great price. Delivery was quick and went smoothly. I highly recommend asking for Richard for a pleasant shopping experience!”
