Sorry for bad reviews.. Reason for my post.. This was only medical store open on Saturday.. I needed a cane and knee brace.. Greg was the salesman.. Cane I wanted could not find on the net, only here.. They had a nice selection.. Even a cane with a sword.. Next was the knee brace.. Greg even measured my thigh to get correct size brace.. The knee brace I chose had extra support.. Not going to find at Walmart.. In closing, Greg was knowledgeable about the products, spent all the time I needed, and was friendly.. Yes I would recommend this business..”

“My experience with V&P Medical has been amazing. Talking to and going to other medical supply stores, I was often met with people who acted like they did not want my business or that I was a nuisance. Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. I was able to explain what was going on and what I was looking for help with and they made really helpful recommendations. Super friendly, kind, professional people. I felt important as their customer, which you don't always get these days. I drove from Minnetonka to pick up my supplies and will happily do so in the future. “I feel like this location doesn't get enough credit for how knowledgeable and hard working they are. However, most people do not want to put a review unless it's a bad one. I am going to try and break that cycle here. I have been in the Edina FV Home Medical Location when they are getting their butts handed to them. Lobby packed full of people, customers being rude to the employees, but they just carry on with a smile on their face and they don't let anyone see them sweat. The girls greet customers when they walk in the door. If they know them well like myself they will call them by name and that makes me feel special. I have been nothing but impressed with the service here. I receive wound care supplies which I know from personal experience is not easy to work with and follow insurance guidelines for but the girls up front are extremely knowledgeable and if they do not know the answer to a question, they will do their hardest to find an answer or solution. If you have had good experience at this location, please share your experience!!! they deserve so much better than this.”
