She had such a fun and patient guidance with me for purchasing scrubs and accessories. Even while busy with other customers, never loosing her incredible customer skills!! I called her manager on Monday, 02-03-2025 to inform her, how wonderful my experience was and wanted the manager to know right away and relate by gratitude back to Jenn D..

“Eli was very nice, friendly & knowledgeable. All the parts came in, which used to be a problem in the past. He fixed my wheelchair & fixed a few things thst weren’t on the work order. They cleaned up after they were done. Definitely recommend if you need your wheelchair fixed”

Sorry for bad reviews.. Reason for my post.. This was only medical store open on Saturday.. I needed a cane and knee brace.. Greg was the salesman.. Cane I wanted could not find on the net, only here.. They had a nice selection.. Even a cane with a sword.. Next was the knee brace.. Greg even measured my thigh to get correct size brace.. The knee brace I chose had extra support.. Not going to find at Walmart.. In closing, Greg was knowledgeable about the products, spent all the time I needed, and was friendly.. Yes I would recommend this business..”

Talking to and going to other medical supply stores, I was often met with people who acted like they did not want my business or that I was a nuisance. Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. I was able to explain what was going on and what I was looking for help with and they made really helpful recommendations. Super friendly, kind, professional people.
