Everything's locked up and many things don't actually have a physical presence on the shelf; there are pictures of the items only (like Blockbuster). Also someone will walk by you a lot in several thinly veiled security checks.

I couldn't find what I came in for so an associate tried to help me find it. We were unsuccessful but she really did all she could to help me. I truly appreciate this That's why I'm giving this 4 stars.

Love this store! Any and all crafting items you need are here. The staff are friendly and helpful. A little more organized aisles would be nice but great store!

This place has such limited stock than what it used to. Now everything is online where you can’t pick it up by hand and inspect it personally. So long are the days of Michael’s Arts & Crafts being a great place for a great selection of art supplies.

It was fine, they didn't have what we needed. But it took 40 min to find that out. We couldn't find an associate to ask. The only work was at the check out and she had a longer line so we could not ask, we tried but got told "I can't help you I have a long line"

Spent 15 minutes looking for what I needed. I asked an associate for help and their response was "I have no idea" and didn't bother helping at all. She said if I couldn't find it they don't have it - but the website showed multiple in stock at this location. Needless to say I left without what I needed and won't return to this location.

The customer service is awful. I did reach out to the manager and she did not make me feel any better.
I am a customer service manager for a different retailer and I would never ever treat my customers that way.
