“I went to the AT&T store on York Avenue because my email wasn’t working. I was happy to see that Daniel was there because he’s assisted me with phone problems before. Daniel was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process to change my password so my email could be reset, and then had me go through the steps again so I could fix the problem on my own if it happened again. Daniel is knowledgeable and personable. I’ll go to this store again when it’s time to upgrade my phone.”

No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”

For years I have stubbornly grumbled, angrily fought, righteously refused to get a smartphone. I've delighted in the inconvenience as much as I have suffered from it; flip phones are both majestic and burdensome in this smartphone-centric world.
Twas a trip to the hospital last week that convinced me it was time - the GPS in my car delivered us to a random parking lot miles out of the way, nearly doubling the time of our trip as I rushed a broken-armed coworker to the ER.
Full of fear and sadness, I entered this Verizon location exactly nineteen minutes before they closed. There, seated at the counter, was Isaac. He made quick work of the switch, putting me at ease and answering all of my questions quite thoroughly. He found me the best deal available, swapped over my contacts, and sent me on my way. Such a massive alteration to my life done so effortlessly, it was kind of strange that it didn't require more work.

“I stopped in without an appointment to see if I could get a new phone and was informed by the store rep, Dylan Treakle, that he was the only employee in the store that evening, and it would be roughly an hour before he could help me as there were two other people ahead of me. The two other customers had larger, time consuming issues and I watched as Dylan worked like crazy to juggle multiple calls to support at the same time along with trying to help me get a new phone. I felt really bad because I could see that he had an untouched Jimmy Johns on his desk that he wouldn't be eating until after close. Dylan was professional, calm and took personal responsibility for the delay when it was clear he really didn't need to.”

“Lamar's the man. Stuck it out with me for 2 hours while we went through the process of switching carriers to Cricket. I had a lot of questions comparing possible phones to get and he helped me answer every single one of them. If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier. To top it off, he stayed past close with me to finish the transaction. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Give my man a raise ?”
