My grand-daughter recently purchased a new vehicle which ended up having lots of issues. I was referred to Elliot Park Auto Service by another family member, which I am so appreciative. Jim has been honest, compassionate and professional from the beginning. They took the entire engine apart and put a new one in. Jim was up front from the very beginning! He never made me feel like he just wanted a sale. Everything was explained to me from beginning to end! “I've been going to this D & D location for several years and I'm so glad I was referred to them. Erik and the staff are welcoming, trustworthy and complete work in a timely manner.
At this particular visit I had taken my car in for an oil change. They called me a couple of hours later when my car was ready, and they had also noticed that the tires (which I purchased from them a couple of years ago) were due for rotation. I appreciated that they altered me to the issue...to be honest the thought of tire rotation hadn't crossed my mind! I'm so glad they pointed it out.
I trust them and they've proven over the years, that they're not going to take advantage me.”

“Ryan and his team have always done a great job and competitively priced with all of my oil changes and tire purchases over the last 10-15 years. I challenged them this last week with what we thought was a bad alternator. After multiple alternators swapped out, they found a tiny cut in 1 little wire causing all of the problems. They were very professional and thorough making sure my Explorer is running properly. Ryan also took the time to show me their findings. They have a prime location where I would expect higher pricing but they do not overprice, they are very priced right and competitive. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience at Kennedy Transmission. I worked with Steve and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I brought my vehicle in expecting a major transmission issue and they found that it was actually very low on transmission fluid. They diagnosed it, fixed the issue, topped off the fluid and got me back on the road for around $100. My vehicle is running better than it has in a long time. I really appreciate the honesty, service and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend these guys.”

“I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”

“I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bennie, CJ, and Dave. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything they found during my inspection. When it came to my brakes, they didn’t just tell me they needed attention, they actually showed me what the rotor looked like when it was removed and explained why the repairs were necessary, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.
I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable and informed, but these three went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe.

“I came in with an emergency flat tire for my boat trailer. Andre was awesome at helping me even though they were short staffed that day. He didn’t have a replacement tire in the store, but he found it elsewhere and had it delivered in 2 hours. He put my replacement tire on while also helping with new customers as they came in.The cost and time were half of what I expected. Andre deserves a lot of credit for his hard work.
