Our most recent visit was handled by Jordan, who remedied a couple of tricky issues with one of our vehicles on the spot, despite us having no prior appointment. “I had made an appointment for my first 6,000 mile service. I showed up, and they helped right away. I waited for my time to be done, and they were having some sales event yesterday so they had brought in sub sandwich and cookies and told me I could partake. I didnt but it was very nice to offer even though I was just there for service! My appointment finished within the specifies rimeframe and I got a video saying that they did not recommend anything but the oil change and tire rotation were done. I signed and was on my way. I truly believe that I will be a suburu owner for life!”

“I came in with an emergency flat tire for my boat trailer. Andre was awesome at helping me even though they were short staffed that day. He didn’t have a replacement tire in the store, but he found it elsewhere and had it delivered in 2 hours. He put my replacement tire on while also helping with new customers as they came in.The cost and time were half of what I expected. Andre deserves a lot of credit for his hard work. “Brought my daughter's car in for a routine oil and filter change before her return trip to Colorado. Besides the oil/filter change, they looked at the mechanics of the car, and the only thing they recommended was new rear tires before winter. My daughter said she would take care of that before she hits the slopes!
