“They had some cool fun gadgets here at Games By James such as Lava Lamps, Balls that change color when you throw them in the air, stuffed animals, 3d puzzles, and more.”

“Went in for the viral clear inflatable chair, asked a worker if they had any and was told if they had it, it would be on the shelf. Moments later, the same worker said he would go check in the back. No luck, but i really appreciate the time to go look in the back. As i was leaving he was opening up boxes for restocking and he showed me an even better product (an actual clear chair for stuffies). Jason went above and beyond and 100% deserves to be recognized for being nice, polite, and displaying overall what retail/customer service is all about. Definitely the best Five Below location ?”
“Store manager Jessica is awesome. She had a lot of patience with my questions and helped me a ton with a discount she provided in the store. Definitely coming back when we’re in town!!”
“This place is so special. We got a membership, and sure, the sticker shock got me initially. But I do not regret it. The level of variety and detail is incredible. Places like this surely have high maintenance costs to keep everything in good condition and to update things regularly. There are over 15 little themed areas that ignite not only my child's, but also my imagination. I wish there were a place this well designed when I was a kid, but at least I can engage and play with my child here now. Highly recommend. Don't let the cost deter you. Please support thoughtful businesses like this.”

“This a very nice store and people were super helpful. They have full sets but they have a TON of bulk pieces to find what you need. Even those one off shaped ones. I was able to find the exact size and color I needed to replace a broken one to complete my set.”
