Alex at Verizon is the best!! My son lost his Apple Watch recently. Alex helped me file a claim to replace his watch. When my new watch arrived two days later, back to the store I went. Alex helped me active the new watch and resync all his data. Highly recommend requesting to work with Alex!!!
