“Alex at Verizon is the best!! My son lost his Apple Watch recently. Alex helped me file a claim to replace his watch. When my new watch arrived two days later, back to the store I went. Alex helped me active the new watch and resync all his data. Highly recommend requesting to work with Alex!!!”

I avoid these types of stores because I HATE the usual sales push but I was desperate for tech support (tried on line support but they couldn’t solve the problem). It took Cullen a couple of minutes but he happily solved the problem and didn’t try to push anything on me I did not want. Sincerely appreciated!”
“So far have had good experiences at this Apple Store. I took my Mac in for a screen repair. They did not have the right screen at the store and ordered it for me, which took about a week to come in.
They told me it would be a week to repair the screen on my laptop and will let me know when it’s done. I’m hoping for sooner :)
