Very helpful when I need guidance. Friendly staff. I am very disappointed in xfinity as a whole. My upcoming bill with them will break me. It is ridiculous. My mistake xfinity has stepped up and made things good for me. Thank you and I give you 5 plus stars.

Have been to the MNTKA store several times, many times its busy but I always walk out satisfied. Went in the other day to try and reduce my monthly bill. Got helped right away, some great options to reduce bill over $50/mo, an upgraded box for free and information on converting phone.
