“Nick and Williams were great to work with. Due to the snow storm our car ended up off the road. After spending 24 hours arguing with our insurance and roadside assistance to get help winching it out, I called Williams and they were out to meet me within 45 mins. Nick was friendly to talk to (he was up all night helping people and must have been tired but I couldn't tell from his demeanor), offered helpful advice, and talked me through every step from hooking up the car to billing.”

As a novice when it comes to auto detailing and ceramic coatings I really wanted an honest, reputable and experienced business to answer my questions and guide me towards the services that made the most sense for my Chevrolet Suburban RST and Jeremy absolutely delivered. Jeremy is a great and timely communicator about the details of the services that were being provided both beforehand and during the process. Our SUV had a lot of hard water spots in certain areas due to our irrigation system hitting the vehicle and Jeremy made sure they were taken care of before doing the ceramic coatings. “I had a work crew down in loretto and attempted to start my truck at lunch time and it wouldn't start. I remembered seeing the shop several times going to the gas station across the street from them. I called them asking for a price to what we originally had been told would need to be fixed. Telling them my crew and I were stranded here 2 hours from home. A couple guys came right to the jobsite looked at exactly what they thought was wrong, took it, fixed it and brought it back. this will be a very over-the-top review but I could have been in the hole a lot. I put a lowering kit on for the stiffer springs it supplied because I haul a lot of weight on the highway. And i needed to get from Ohio to MN and then down to florida, I failed to get an alignment because hometowns store was on vacation. Anyway, i thought noise coming from the poor alignment and Immediately when I got to MN when to Discount Tire but they couldn't do it and recommend these fellas.
Anyway got an alignment, noise still occurred after and troubleshoot and come to find out it was a bad wheel hub. I change the wheel hub and of course you have to remove the lower A arm to do so thus messing up my alignment. After just paying for an alignment I thought I was screwed and I kindly asked them Since i just had an alignment and didn't realize the issue until after it was done they were happy to help get my alignment checked before I hit the road to FL for college.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else except here and I typically don't like shops because I work on my stuff myself but these guys are awesome.
If i could give 6 stars I would.”
“We were traveling from out of town when we suddenly had an engine warning pop up along with our all-wheel drive turning off. We were SO stressed being 4 hours from home and having no idea what was going on with our car. I called several places around Minneapolis and everyone was telling us it would be days before they could even get us in.
This shop was recommended to us, so I called and explained what was going on and they told us to come on in! We drove over and they got us in right away and had us taken care of so quickly. Everyone was SO kind, friendly, and accommodating and genuinely just wanted to help us figure out what was going on and get us back on the road.
I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! It feels so rare anymore to find somewhere that genuinely wants to help you, especially when we were from out of town and obviously in a stressful situation.

Noah is amazing and gives great advice, and the owner Chad took time out of his day to explain winter car maintenance in detail to me when I first moved up north. He came within 30 minutes and assessed the situation - got down in the mud and hooked it up and patiently guided it and drug van out. So nice, went over and above. I would highly recommend.”
